Please use gloves when using relaxers. 😢 Those chemicals are toxic for the skin if left on too long.

I never make comments on videos but I genuinely would like to help. I appreciate your effort and courage to try new things on your hair. It takes time to get to know your own hair and style it. My advice it to leave the relaxer alone. It's pending lawsuits they are known to cause cervical cancer. Enjoy your own hair and don't try to change it. Cut it and start over wearing mini twists. And watch your own hair grow. And if you want it straight just get a silk press every now and again. But learning to accept your own hair that God gave you is key.

Your words are kind and advice sounds motherly or from a big sis. I really appreciate that you chose to comment even when you didn’t have to. Honestly I’m grateful🙏🏾🫂❤️

I know it’s not my hair but I agree with her comment. I think you should leave the relaxers alone and just get a silk press if you want it straight. Maybe try some braids not tight but maybe a few cornrows or natural curls while getting it back healthy.

It's better using your hands to massage and use a comb when conditioner is applied by then it's softer. This relaxer method is far better than the first one.

Get a trim and stop weighing you hair down with so much product on your scalp. Use a relaxer for fine hair. Your hair looks better than the last relaxer, good luck.

Can you make a video on how to make the DIY deep conditioner? It looks like it did good for your hair. Also, your hair looks really good so far! I am happy that you got to restore your hair. ☺

Try your best not to let the relaxer touch your scalp - especially as your first applying it. And don’t comb the relaxer through it’s not necessary just you the comb to smooth through the relaxer

The ends of your hair look like they are in need of a serious trim. Not getting rid of the split ends only means that the damage will continue to move up your hair strands. Also, given how fine your hair is, you really don't need to use such heavy hair oils; they only weigh your hair down.

Just a tip for next time, using gloves protects the chemicals in the relaxer from getting into your body! But great video otherwise!
