  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR CHRONIC PAIN. This video is meant to help you relax & focus inward which seems to help chronic pain from what I was reading. Grab a couple pillows to modify. Be sure to listen to your body, modify as needed, & come out of any postures that don't feel right. Take rests if you need to. Let me know what you think of this video in the comments.     This was better than I imagined. I experience lower back pain from disc slip and such. I didn't force posses and where there was pain I found alternative poses. The end settled everything into place. If was soothing like a blanket and pillow. Thanks Goddess 🙏🏾

    Nico, i just found you and am so glad i did. Whenever i try to find short yoga practices from other youtube yogis, i always end up constantly checking the time wanting it to be over! I did a 15 minute video of yours yesterday and was shocked when the video ended. I couldve gone on much longer! The time passes pleasantly and makes me want to do more, which is the motivation I need. I dont know what it is, but you've got it girl! Many thanks!

    I just moved into a new house over the weekend, and I've set aside a "yoga space" for me to practice since I finally have more room in my new place! This was my first practice in the new space, and it felt great to both christen a new yoga space and stretch out a bit after doing so much for the move. 💪🏻
