Been using DayViewer at work and also personally, it's changed the way we manage our workload between field engineers. We tried others but just the ease to get stuck right into it made it easier to adopt. For personal use, I use it to drop in notes and tasks as the search and reminders are really all I need day to day, and for this is highly effective. I use the todo list as more of a stash list to schedule tasks later.
I have been using Morgen for a few weeks, and it works well for me. I'm doing more with this than with my classic to do lis application and it prevents me from writing endless to-do list. Morgen is simple, not very expensive. Some fonction are still in devellopement.
Thanks Francesco for the mention of Routine. Just to clarify, Routine is available on macOS, Windows, Web and iOS. Only Android is missing.

@@ryuuka1498 valid point. But then again it's in sync with google calendar so you can either use google calendar in your IOS or anything that's connected to google calendar. Personally Morgen is the best calendar for pc/laptop

I really like the layout of AkiFlow. question - I'm using one google drive for daily focus and weekly planning and another for important but not urgent tasks, should i be doing and keeping my yearly planning in the daily drive to keep it all in one drive or should I keep it separate since it's longer out?

Don't be fooled, Structured doesn't have an Android app yet. Currently, Playmarket "structured' is just full of ads, after downloading it just shows adds and menu is full of ads. Horror !
So sad, none of these cool new apps don't have a basic free version for Android (
Why cannot anybody just combine Todoist and google calendar in one app...without other features like integrations, meets, calls, chats...
Motion has an app and a desktop app. It also has an option to create meeting links like Calendly

Not right now that I know of. More tools within tools, like Excel/Sheets hacks.

Motion has a web app, desktop app, iOS, and Android app. Not sure why you said it was coming 😁
Also it's a replacement for paid Calendly + Asana + Vimcal, so it's 3 apps in one, better than all 3 combined, so it's not "expensive" per-say 😅

What's the difference between these apps and Google Calendar? Seriously I reckon a video on this would get VIEWS! Google Calander has tasks, focus time and appointments all built in.
I'd want a paper solution. My planners from the 80's are still legible and available. I don't trust online digital stuff. My backup brain is too important to trust to flaky electronic methods that could just disappear, or that cyber criminals could access.
I don't need stalkers able to see my day, contacts etc.
I'm waiting for the routine to be made for android

What about Morgen?
Morgen has evolved a lot, but we still see it as a calendar app more so than a Akiflow/Sunsama/Routine alternative.
The swoop sound is annoying as hell.

Sunsama has android app but I use the web version of it. I'm keeping my eye on routine as a possible better-than-sunsama but right now sunsama is where it's at for me
