Now I have finally found the perfect video to fix my sleep cycle. Thank you ma'am 🙏🏼 I am watching this at 5 am. I have to wake up at this time, right now it is my bedtime. I will follow these steps: 1. Exercise and yoga after waking up. 2. No tea or coffee before breakfast and after 4 pm. 3. Avoid sleeping during the day, if feeling very sleepy take a nap of 20 to 30 minutes. And that too not after 3 pm. 4. Do not look at screens after sunset. 5. Have a light dinner at 8 pm. 6. Push your bedtime back 1 hour every week until it is 10 pm.
