      Mam I do exercise but energy increase hone ki jagah aur jyada tiredness feel hoti hai then pure day energy less feel hota hai . Don't know why?

    All points covered, from Ayurveda's point of view low energy is caused due to increase in Vata dosh which is due to increase in Carbon dioxide due to increased stress, overthinking and irregular breathing. Pranayam and morning walk is the way out with complete sleep.
