The musical talent in Japan is off the charts. This song is fantastic in every aspect. You couldn’t ask for a stronger start from a newly formed band. I can’t wait for more music from East of Eden.
East of Eden Members : Guitar: Yuki from D Drive. Bass: Wakazaemon, who's been Marty Friedman's bassist and will be playing live with Koiai (Lisa X). Drums: Mizuki, from Lonesome Blue. Vocals: Minato Akane, from J Pop group Predia, also was singer in Mochi to Cheese (w Akane and Kanami of Band Maid) Violinist and Creator: Ayasa, known for the song "Kokuhaku No Yoru" and many other projects. Mao, keyboardist (from Lightbringer with Fuki from Unlucky Morpheus) and composer who does a lot work with Lovebites (like their 6th member), is involved with this with some other Lovebites personnel too. .
Don't forget Wakazaemon, her performance and stage appeal are better than FAMI. Also, she's 100 times more beautiful than FAMI. This BAND is a miracle that Wakazaemon and Yuki are in the same BAND.
Just one song and already shot past most of my favorite Japanese groups to take my #4 spot. This will probably be my most anticipated album whenever they get to it. ❤️🇯🇵
Cool reaction! I came across their video last week and am still blown away by this song and the band as well! Very happy for WAKAZAEMON, as I have been following her ever since Marty Friedman took her on his USA tour several months ago. She seems very down to earth and a nice person in general. And she has super talent! They all do, but I am less familiar with the other members (though I do also follow MIZUKI b/c of LONESOME BLUE; WAKA posts more about her daily life on social media)... I really hope this project is around for awhile and puts out a lot of great music for us to enjoy!

And I myself am a special fan of the guitarist Yuki who is playing with "D_Drive" for a pretty long time until now. To check her skills, you can listen to her cover of Judas Priest "Painkiller" - you will truly be amazed!🤘🤘🤘😄😄😄
If you like violin in metal, you need to discover Unlucky Morpheus. They do it better than anyone else playing today. Their violinist Jill is the greatest rock violinist in 40 years. Try "Angreifer" live.
I actually don’t like the implementation of violin in Unlucky Morpheus, and yet it seems to work here for me for some reason. Perhaps a change in style. I think my opinion is more similar to Alan of Dicodec on preferring this more than Unlucky Morpheus.
