Could you imagine how the world would be if we were taught this at a young age rather than what we are taught. There would be much FEWER addictions, suisides, bullies, anxiety, depression, etc. We would actually treat people the way they deserve to be treated & we would be treated the way we deserve! I can teach this to my children and grandchildren & believe it's contagious! Stay blessed, y'all! How a wonderful, meaningful, & mindful day!, every day!!!!!!🙏🫶🙌👍

I wish I would had a paid more attention in college to this teaching. I was so wrapped up in religious doctrine, though I wasn’t even working on myself. Really I was just working on spreading the word and at the end of it I nearly lost my mind until I start to focus on myself, and I do listen to this daily because it does help the soul

I love how this video emphasizes the importance of cultivating our ‘inner garden’ before trying to change the outside world. It’s a powerful reminder that true transformation begins from within. By focusing on developing calmness and clarity through practices like ataraxia, we can actually handle life’s challenges with resilience. Instead of constantly reacting to external chaos, we become steady and grounded, which ironically makes us more effective in creating positive change for ourselves and others

We have power over our minds not outside events this is so powerful know I have strength over many things that brought me down!

Absolutely! Focusing on yourself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for growth. When you give yourself the time and energy to nurture your own skills, mental health, and passions, you become a better version of yourself-one that can create, inspire, and bring positive change to the world. The more you invest in your journey, the more you have to offer others. It’s like filling your cup so it overflows-what you put into yourself, you can then give away tenfold. Who else has experienced a breakthrough after putting themselves first? Let’s hear your stories
