Could you imagine how the world would be if we were taught this at a young age rather than what we are taught. There would be much FEWER addictions, suisides, bullies, anxiety, depression, etc. We would actually treat people the way they deserve to be treated & we would be treated the way we deserve! I can teach this to my children and grandchildren & believe it's contagious! Stay blessed, y'all! How a wonderful, meaningful, & mindful day!, every day!!!!!!🙏🫶🙌👍
I agree so much with this. I try to teach my nieces and nephews what I am learning about stoicism mainly in my actions. It makes me have to really put my philosophy into action because little eyes are watching.
I studied stoicism in college always applied stoicism to my life and listening to stoical messages each morning and at bedtime keeps me balanced and focused.
I wish I would had a paid more attention in college to this teaching. I was so wrapped up in religious doctrine, though I wasn’t even working on myself. Really I was just working on spreading the word and at the end of it I nearly lost my mind until I start to focus on myself, and I do listen to this daily because it does help the soul
I love how this video emphasizes the importance of cultivating our ‘inner garden’ before trying to change the outside world. It’s a powerful reminder that true transformation begins from within. By focusing on developing calmness and clarity through practices like ataraxia, we can actually handle life’s challenges with resilience. Instead of constantly reacting to external chaos, we become steady and grounded, which ironically makes us more effective in creating positive change for ourselves and others
I was a very frustrated and impatient person plus I let toxic people influence me and my life but since I started listening to these stoic principles I started to listening more we have to ears and one mouth so we should listen twice as much then talking. We have power over our minds not outside events this is so powerful know I have strength over many things that brought me down!
I tune into this material every day. It's really helping me apply these ideas in my thinking and actions. Although it can be challenging at times, the effort is truly rewarding
Hi, many thanks for your time and dedication to put this amazing and useful information. I am looking forward to hearing more sessions like this. Blessings and thanks again! Have a pleasant day!!!
To change your life and achieve great things, you need to focus on yourself, build inner strength, and create change from the roots. Thank you for the incredibly profound insights of the author.

Absolutely! Focusing on yourself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for growth. When you give yourself the time and energy to nurture your own skills, mental health, and passions, you become a better version of yourself-one that can create, inspire, and bring positive change to the world. The more you invest in your journey, the more you have to offer others. It’s like filling your cup so it overflows-what you put into yourself, you can then give away tenfold. Who else has experienced a breakthrough after putting themselves first? Let’s hear your stories
I find this clip is very useful and going to start practicing this. However You have listed only 5 habit while you say at the end seven habits. Habit “four” is spelt as “for” in the transcript. ❤

My mind is my kingdom. This is interesting; nonetheless, I find that I have always had this concept. I simply didn't know that this was actually articulated by Marcus Aurelius. This content is highly appreciated.
As a man on SR and sober living and man of God do I tell a woman how I feel about her if im attracted to her /she and if she's in a relationship not married. Do I express it as a man to a woman how I'm attracted to her?
How is one supposed to think of how they would handle a bad situation and emotional prepare for it.And stay present all the time. Isent preparing for the future isn't draining your brain to have anxiety about what's to come?
Idk how to meditate? What do you do to make it work? I'm really wanting to. Thinking of only the present isn't something I can picture when I close my eyes.

Well it is helpful in a lot of ways but when you're dealing with the horrific abuses of personality disordered abuse, for example involving your children, or appalling lack of justice from national or local 'governance' due to the ever diminishing safety net in line with the all crushing 'interests' of the super rich, it does become hard to seek strength in this sort of advice.
