So my ex broke up with me for the second time my heart is broken and I was so angry with her. My buddy sent me two of these videos and it’s giving me a whole new perspective in life. We just broke up about a month ago and now my outlook has changed. I can start healing now and start my new life

I am not weak anymore, life taught me to be this way. I say no , no directly, but I let them know in a different way.

I am not kind anymore, I can see someone on the street without oxygen dying, and I won't revive he/ she because I don't want to go to the court because saving someone live with my CPR lisence at risk. I will call an ambulance for sure.

The near agressieve powerful voice is awful. Pushes up adrenaline instead of representing calmness and a stoic position. Big fale.

I just wish i would have came across stoicism 6 years ago, truely amazing teachings and practicies. It helps me now alot. ❤

I carefully consider and evaluate everything in light of sound biblical scripture. It's incredible how so much truth can be expressed in different ways. Thank you for your wisdom and encouraging me to be diligent in my studies.

Even a husband can exploit a wife to become his slave. My own experience. So be aware of the husband or wife or even parents, siblings. I learnt too many lessons in my life that I had to write a book to release my pain and agony.

I have listened/watched this tape severally in a bid to digest the content in its entirety. Each time one tries or attempt to comprehend it all, one finds oneself lagging behind than intended.
