Thank you for your instruction and pictures to follow the verbal. Beautiful work. I make cradles for a non profit group Bridget's Cradles for 2nd trimester miscarriages. The 1st and 3rd are given a prayer square 3rd trimester miscarriages are big enough for a baby blanket. The cradles with the baby is given to the family to love and grieve before they are sent to the mortuary and burial.. I've made each so far in a different stitch. I've put on Facebook page and the cradles have turned out beautiful. The organization's home office is in the Wichita, Kansas area. The organization serves over 500 hospitals nationwide and the volunteers nationwide make the cradles in crochet and knitting.
with this stitch can I make a afghan with this pattern if I go across and follow the pattern and I am using a red heart arcylic yarn. Or do I have to use concerting yarn for the project? Blair

@@AmericanCrochetAssociation I went back to look at it again and the sound was clear. Thank you for responding. Love the stitch. I have to try this one. Have a blessed day.
The video is great. However, as you are called the American Crochet Association, you SHOULD know correct terminology and this IS NOT A STITCH it is A MOTIF. Why are you renaming motifs? Crochet and crochet terms have been around for decades, why do you feel the need to change it?

Thank you for watching! "Motif" is defined as a decorative design or pattern. Stitch and motif can be interchanged here :)
