45 Min Total Body Workout with Kettlebells!

- Welcome to today's 45 minute total body workout with kettlebells! Today's session will hit the lower body, upper body, core, and we'll even do a little HIIT session at the end! All you'll need for today's workout is one moderately heavy pair of kettlebell (Jason is using 12kgs and Lauren is using 10kgs).

Here's what the workout entails:
Lower Body Circuit: 40s/20s x 3 Rounds
- 2KB Squat Clean
- 2KB Reverse Lunge to SL Balance - Right
- 2KB Reverse Lunge to SL Balance - Left
- 2KB RDL....to calf raise?
Upper Body Circuit: 40s/20s x 3 Rounds
- 2KB Alternating Overhead Press
- 2KB Dead Start Alternating Bent Over Rows
- Tall Kneeling 1.5 Biceps Curls
- Triceps Extensions
Core Circuit: 30s/15s x 3 Rounds
- 2KB Straight Leg Sit Up
- Tall Plank KB Drag
- Heel Taps
Cardio Circuit: 20s/10s x 4 Rounds
- 2KB Rebound Push Presses
- 2KB Swings

I love it, this workout is one of my favorites, please Lauren more of this please... i want to thank you guys because since i start doing your workouts almost 4 month ago i lost 35 pounds and lower my AIC from 7.5 to 6 with also 16 hours fasting, jason your 5 minutes mobility rutine is great too when we feel like no doing to much, i start with the 20 minutes workouts now i am on 40ss
