  • What's up, Achievers?! Jason and Lauren here - welcome to our 40-minute total body dumbbell workout! All you need is one dumbbell and a warm-up and cool down are included!
    Throughout this total body dumbbell workout, Lauren will be guiding you through the exercises and Jason will be demonstrating the modifications for each movement. We want this workout to be able to meet anyone where they're at regardless of experience level!
    Here's the total body dumbbell workout:
    *Circuit #1: 40s/20s x 4 rounds*
    - Squat to Rotational Overhead Press / Squat to Overhead Press
    - Quadruped Off-Knees Single Arm Row / Quadruped Single Arm Row (switch sides halfway)
    - Side Plank Knee Tuck to Leg Raise / Side Plank Hold (switch sides halfway)
    *Circuit #2: 30s/15s x 3 rounds*
    - Alternating Rotational Reverse Lunges / Alternating Goblet Reverse Lunges
    - Biceps Curl to Front Raise
    - Tall Plank DB Transfers / Tall Plank Shoulder Taps or Hold
    *Circuit #3: 20s/10s x 3 rounds*
    - DB SA Squat Clean / DB Offset Squat - Right Side
    - DB SA Squat Clean / DB Offset Squat - Left Side
    - Mountain Climbers
