We Faced the Top Women's Flag Football Teams in FL...We Almost Quit! (USA Flag Miami Cup)

We went to Miami to face the top women's flag football teams in Florida and there were some highs...and some definite lows!
This was our first time entering our own team for a tournament, and most of our team's first time playing in a 5v5 non-contact format. Our team was comprised of many of Lauren's 8v8 contact teammates, which we learned quite quickly is not only a VERY different game, but truly almost feels like a different sport altogether, requiring a completely different skill set.
In this video we'll take you through both days of the tournaments - the ups and the downs, the highlights and the lowlights - and you'll get some insight into how we worked through adversity and came together as a team. In the end, we're super proud of how it all went down and already can't wait for the next one!
