Such great pointers. Thanks! Tim had a really good reinking pointer in his creative chemistry class: he says ya need to use a credit card to work the ink into the pad. I use one of those old school protractors. Works like a charm! Thanks again for all the amazing things you share.
Thanks so much, I just now need reinkers for my pads and didn't know how to do it!!! so thanks again!!!
Great video! I've never bought any reinkers yet, but when my pads start getting dry, I will definitely refer back to this video. Thanks!
Thankyou very much for doing this very informative video. 😊🇦🇺😊
I get super buy's when Joann Fabrics on line has them on sale. They also carry a large supply of Tim Holtz supplies. TFS this vid, I have alot of the distress pads and just got my reinkers in :)
Oh sure! Posted the link in the description below the video. :) Simon Says Stamp is my favorite!
Great video!! I've been trying to decide if I should get more pads or just get the re-inkers. Thanks so much for doing this video, really helped me out!!~Tammy
thanks so much for the video... I own the minis and my tumbled glass felt really dry. Tried the refresher and it helped a bit, however the point came, where I had to buy my FIRST reinker!!
I was SOOO nervous! Silly, right!? ;)
Searched originally for a Tim Holtz video on how-to, but stumbled across your video instead.
Loved how you showed all the steps in detail and how you explained real well AND gave lots of tips along the way.
I thank you again from Denmark !! :D
Thank you so much for your tips.
Thank you. I'm in the process of building up both stamps and re-inkers for stamping projects, but also painting. I am looking for bargains.

great tips!
They retire some colors. Do they retire the reinkers?
Thank you
"Drying out" is when the stamp pads have been maybe sitting unused for a long time and there's been moisture loss. In that case, often they can be refreshed without adding more ink. When the pad has been used alot it might be "dry" because you've used the ink up. That's when it's time to use the reinkers. Just thought it should be mentioned. tfs.
How do you refresh dried up ink pads?
Hi... Maybe this is a silly question, because im new to these distress ink thing. Could we reink the distress ink pads with glycerin ?
Hi Karisma. In the deep recesses of my memory I vaguely recall someone telling me that the clear heat embossing ink pads (like Versamark for example) can be done with glycerine. However, PLEASE check with an expert, as I've not had to re-ink my Versamark pads yet, and I've had them for quite a few years now. All the best. 😊🇦🇺😊
You mention where you order your re-inkers from, but you say it quite quickly and I didn't catch it...could you please post on here?
did you e-mail ranger yet lol
