I think you should try making a rear fender that's mounted on the swingarm. that's what I'm gonna do with my cb350 eventually.
I was thinking about using a short piece of the front fender and find a way to attach it to the swingarm. maybe drill and tap two holes on the flat top of the swingarm, then with the cut side of the fender make a tab and bend it out, and drill that to match the swingarm for some bolts. so it can mount straight onto the swingarm but it's also detachable and with no welding.
I hope that makes sense lol.

Very nice build exactly the cafe racer of my dreams! I intend to use what inspiration i have gotten from seeing this amazing looking machine. I did have a question thoe im fairly new to bike building but what is ur exhaust set up? looks amazing and gives to it a rugged natural look any advice u could give me would help me tremendously again very nice build! 👍

Could you have used the Antigravity 4 cell (which is smaller) instead? Also, did you have to upgrade your regulator/rectifier to use this lithium battery?
What song were you using for the box cutting? sounded like method man.
question for you, why did you use the 8 cell if you are only using kick start? why not use the 4 cell?
You mentioned in the video that you weren't sure if the electrical system was charging the battery.
I am having the same issues with my CB350. I already replaced the battery, stator and rectifier and bike keeps dying after being on a few minutes.
If you have any tips or ideas on what it can be, I would really appreciate it.

I would have covered the carb intakes before grinding bud. You would be surprised just how much of that grinding dust can get into delicate places.

surely the battery box will get filled with debris/water from the back tyre when you are riding? are you not going to paint it to stop it rusting?
i started clear coating it but i actually want it to rust out a little to match the rest of the bike. i think im gonna do the same thing i did to the tank. i caught rain just the other day but the battery pack has enough gaps for water to drain. i might make a box for debris block tho
CZeroMedia I like the project. my brother is buying a suzuki rgv250 and wants me to help him to build it as I had a mk1 mx5/miata project I worked on a couple of years ago. hi . nice job but in my point of view u decrease the ground clearance of the motorcycle . I sujest u put the battery box near the carburetor ,under the seat in between fuel tank and seat. what says ?

You're in need of a break, a sheer and some bend allowances!
pro tip when you make boxes like that take a cuting wheel and grind a little it at the bending points. then its easyier to bend and you get sharp nice corners. dont cut to thinn tho

hmm u could use some plastic between the clamps and the frame to avoid scrapping, losing paint and eventually rusting, plus me like carbs but no filters and no back tyre fender u better not do burnouts xD

You may want to put a fender or something on that back wheel, else the engine is going to suck dirt, gravel etc. from the wheel spin. Good looking build tho...
get a piece of train rail 3' , it will make your life easier for bending metal.
