I just spent 2 hrs laying out this process out on paper. Preping for a cold call to a customer who reached out to me on FB... MAN! That was tough. I know adopting this process is worth it and takes time and practice. Figured out i was triple the one other single quote they have gotten. Which is barely double what I figured the material steel alone to cost. Home owner did thank me for being honest and up front with all my answers to their questions, and appreciated all the questions I had for them pertaining to the why's and what's of the project. Neither one of us had an answer for... "What do you think our next move should be?" Though. And that's where I need to watch more of these vids to come up with more ideas and answer options. I do believe I showed the value of my work by answering his questions about my process of the job to ensure the quality of my work. He did suggest maybe reducing the amount of hrs I was estimating the project to take. I let him know that that wasn't outside the realm of possibility but was unlikely. Home owner plans on getting 1 or 2 more quotes and said who knows be may still be able to work things out. We'll see. But I'm not getting my hopes up or chasing it.
This is gold. This is what everyone expects as a training. 50 % deposit. Boom 💥
I love what you are doing for us(contractors) when you are sharing your training videos!
I have one comment
Please cut off the music.
Smooth operator 👏👏👏👏
Derek!! This is a master class of ShinFu!! I have learned so much from all the videos and the contractor sales academy channel!
He has that Southern charm and is smooth as molasses, that's for sure. But getting this smooth takes practice, and he put in the work.
This is eye opening. Thank you for sharing this.
I love it. This stuff works. It’s great customer service, and only fair to the client to spend proper time with him. Great job!
Great to hear!
This was great. Thank you for showing the whole process. Please do post more of these.
Thanks for sharing that. Quite eye opening.
This is gold!!!
Excellent work! I really appreciate the time and dedication that went into making and sharing the footage of the entire process! I have adopted the Shin Fu method and it has saved me incredible amounts of time! Thanks!
lucky to have such a cool client. good process too
Incredible!
Might be starting my sales career soon. Thanks for the insight.
Your a blessing
If you tried this approach in Ireland, you would sell little. Way over the top for people here
Nice video very informative. You are very professional from beginning to the workmanship right down to the very end.
Really great job here! True sales professional
Wish all my customers were that easy ti deal with
Setting the right tone and expectations on the call definitely helps turn most of them around. Unfortunately, we don't have a "magic wand" to make it true for all.
🎯 love it
Absolutely beautiful job!
Thank you
Great video, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Thaks for that. It would also be good to see a less nice client so we can see how to deal with them and which answers to give.
two things in this video are things im having trouble with, the consultaion, and the half down. I keep getting told that contractors dont do that
What dose the paper work look like
that had to be a wife call!
The handing back of the check thing seems a little too slick. I feel like I would roll my eyes a bit and realize that you were using a sales process on me. It didn’t look natural.
Just my $.02. But you probably close a lot of deals with it. So who am I to second guess.
