If you ACTUALLY listen and ask the right questions you can get to the real motivation or issues. ( the person might not even be clear about the motivation or issues until you ask your questions. It clears things up for them. )

The gentleman in the office said that overnight he went from 22% to 95% closing rate with Shin Fu. Does that mean from the homes you actually showed up to after the initial phone call? You were closing 90% of the people who qualified through shin fu?

Really funny; I heard this for the first time about 60 days ago. Then I jumped in to the TCF teachings and started learning. Then I began to get excited about this with my team and began to slow the process and implement the dialogue “spirit of conversation” with clients.
Today I revisited this video and heard it through a different set of ears. It all sounds a lot more humble than it did the first time. I got even more this time than the last.

People in my area are so accustomed to having ppl come out, kiss their butts, etc...that it just blows them away when I'm bringing up money and charging for consults..its actually entertaining now. It is actually worth it to not get most jobs for the experience of saying " no, I am choosing not to do this work for you. Thank you for reaching out. "

How do i learn the motive tho?
Honestly, I'm having a hard time with the motive part if shin fu. With all that goes on throughout the process I find it hard to be concerned with motive, but I know it's important if you say it is.
Motive is arguably the most important step. Keep practicing and this all becomes second nature.
How can I get your five step process?
The lady made a clear mistake by digging the hole herself. She could have made millions instead she wasted time digging a hole.
