I have had my easyplant money tree for 1 1/2 years. Size medium. It has grown twice its size and looks good but one stem is a little soft probably has root rot. I think I lost track and watered it too frequently a few times. Trying to figure how to remove it from the pot and inspect the roots. I will buy a meter. Thanks
My luck hasn’t been so good with easyplant money trees - and a few other easyplants. Sad, because I like the concept and look of their pots. Here’s a video where I took a plant out and inspected the pot. @@kev-reviews Perhaps reach out to them again. I was inquiring about a bigger pot and sent a photo of 1 problematic stem and they shipped me a new money tree plant yesterday. I am going to be very careful with watering from now on.
Don’t get me wrong. Their warranty is great and any plants I’ve had problems with have been refunded or replaced. They even warrantied one plant after the official warranty ended. My problem is with the spotty QC on the self watering system that has led to problems with 3 of my plants. I have 2 others that over moisten the soil, but I suspect that’s more the potting mix they chose than the wick in the pot.
@@kev-reviews Oh, nothing at all. House plants are great. It's the whole ordering it off the internet and turning it into a service. Frankly, I would expect this service to primarily be used by people in a NYC high rise rather than a suburban Alabama home.
@tarstarkusz I can’t speak for any other shoppers, but for me, it’s the patented self-watering pot (both function and style) and getting a plant that’s guaranteed to arrive healthy and stay healthy

Thank you!!
how are your plants doing?
Can you please make a video of it in a month and also is this the small size
👍🏻 will do. This is the small size
Is this small size or medium?
Small. Soon I’ll have a video that shows a small and a medium side-by-side
Embrace your inner bugman. This is bugman overload.
I had to look that up, but I’m suspecting you’re using it in the pejorative sense. What’s wrong with a desire to have a houseplant?

@@kev-reviews Can't you get them at the local nursery or even the old home depot?
@tarstarkusz typically not a ceramic self-watering pot. They’re usually plastic and/or ugly. The style of the easyplant pot is appealing to me
This is an odd combination of interesting and sad. 🤔
