Great job!! Actually thought this was great and presented in a helpful no BS, overstated and over-sensationalized way like so many YT videos! Waiting for delivery of our Geopro 15Tb and taking our first step into the RVing world after years as long trail back packers and then DIY truck campers for last 2 years. From New England and plan on using our camper in winter so this was spot on! The tarp section was especially helpful! Keep the info and updates rolling!
It does work well indeed. I've used it for 2 winters now and it really helps keep the camper warm and the pipes from freezing, even on very cold spells...
I didn't think it was long and boring. I really enjoy these videos, especially when we get to see how you function in the space cleaning, cooking, working ext. It's so relaxing and peaceful to watch. Thank You!
Really like your geo pro 15 TB. The wife and myself have been tent camping for 35 years and it’s getting a little tough at 60 years old especially when it’s cold. We were talking why didn’t we do this years ago, water storage, no more digging holes in the forest for toilet , heating furnace, and no more prepping meals in the rain. We really enjoyed your video and thank you for sharing, we also liked your accent how boring would this world be if there was no diversity. Take care my friend and keep those videos coming.
This is a great video! Very good info and ideas. I look forward to watching more vids here since I am planning to get the same RV you have. Be safe, Be blessed. 🙂👍
Love the overview. Since your tanks are exposed i would consider using 12V heat pads for tanks. The lower bottom cover is excellent. You can also use one or two non-Led light bulbs under TT..
I'll never camp in the cold like that but I admire your ideas and getting out there doing it! We got our 15TB because sometimes we camp in 40 degree nights and we need the heater. Can't imagine below freezing!
Relax Carlos, your voice/accent is just fine. I like the skirting idea and will do something similar when I finally get my trailer built. My trailer will have a full insulated belly pan for aerodynamics and will be vented to the interior for winter heat and outside for side for summer heat so won;t need another expensive system to prevent tank(s) and piping freeze ups. The unit will be all electric for cooking, Air/heat Split and a small marine wood stove for heat off-grid.
I wonder if some pool noodles would work to fill the wheel well gap? Might take 2 or 3 stacked, maybe zip tied together. But you could cut them to the length needed.
I like the Skirt you made! Maybe to help keep the corners together, put some Velcro strips between the snap buttons holding the tarps together, so you don't have to add tape. Come to think of it, (just an idea) why not glue a long strip of Fuzzy Velcro to the underside? Then the Skirt could have the Prickly Velcro that can just be pressed on it and it stays put! No need to get down on your knees to find the hooks!
Man your a Bad Ass 👍 Far to many winterize and put their TT's away. But dudes like you make it happen and enjoy Winter.. You should consider a dog coral for your beautiful dog. This way he could be placed on a big leash with allot more freedom and a exterior dog bed. So that he's suspended off the ground.
Man, I'm no bad ass. But I do enjoy snow and snowboarding, so having a camper opened up opportunities. I'll look into those tips for the dog. Thank you!
Hi I like your geopro 15tb .nice I'm looking for one like that a boler tip .is what I want .I live in Saskatchewan. I have a trailer and side by side . To trade for one the 1970 to 1980 tip boler is what I want . But what u did to keep it warm I have been told to do that to .if I get in to camp life in they summer .for me .
Are the windows on the geopro single or dual pane? I've been thinking of one and towing behind my winnebago due to the light weight floor plan options.
No, they are not. Those are single pane frame-less windows, with very low insulation value. That's why I show the double layer of reflectix on the windows in the video,.
Good job. Great you stayed warm and had water. Keep the camera still please. The gas water heater is probably automatic, that's why it lights up. Now put that camera down. Getting me dizzy.
Oh, sorry about that inconvenience. I usually have that camera with image stabilization off because I use it on a gimbal. For this video the gimbal batteries were dead and I forgot to turn the image stabilization on in the camera. My bad ...

I really like the thing you made to keep the air and cold out from under your trailer. That is such a great idea. That looks like it works well.

For me, being out in the winter is the best, less people and bugs to deal with and certainly more peaceful!👍

Great job! Thanks for sharing, I’m sure that skirting helped tremendously!
I think so too!
Thank you -- looking at getting a Geo Pro and wanted to know how they do in the winter.
I like this one, nice room inside that has it all, very nice
Your video very helpful as I will be buying a Flagstaff e pro travel trailer tomorrow
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for all the good ideas!!!
Glad you like them!
Thank you for sharing, great info! I'm looking for a cold weather solo trailer!
Thanks for sharing. I may now consider winter camping.
Cool! Glad you enjoyed it and it motivated you to try winter camping! Go have fun!
I know you were concerned about it being long but this was a great and informative video. Thanks ;)
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the video! I like winter camping as well and you made it seem appealing to those who haven't tried it. Bonus: you're drama-free. 😀
You bet! Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the advice. This Geo actually has tank heating pads I had them on for the whole duration of my stay.
Carlos, you do a great job in front of the camera. Relax and have fun with it.
Thanks for the support! :)
Excellent homemade skirting! 👌
Thank you! 😊
amazing experience and good tips, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very informative about how to winter camp, I see it is doable with some extra equipment and planning
It sure is! Thanks for watching!

Hi! That is a great authentic vidéo 😎 Congratulations !
Thanks for the visit

Sounds like a nice camper! Enjoy! And thanks for watching.
Cool camper Mr Morales..
Thanks! By the way, it's Moraes (no L). It's the Portuguese version of Morales, so no L. :)
I wonder if some pool noodles would work to fill the wheel well gap? Might take 2 or 3 stacked, maybe zip tied together. But you could cut them to the length needed.
That might work. It's worth a try. Thanks!
thank you for the video. I am curious about the wet bath headroom. I am 5' 10" and want to stand straight in the shower.

Great video on how to skirt the trailer! Too bad about your grill. Thanks.
No worries, that’s fixed now. Thanks for watching!
Each person is a different world. Camping in the winter, for me, no way Jose

Hello corals send me a link that you close the bottom you close with stuff you buy from Amazon is good for snow weather.
So do the tank heaters actually keep the lines from freezing if it’s around 10 degrees?
Thank you! Hoe much tarp did you buy?

Did you have to order your Geo Pro? If so, how long did it take to arrive? I live in Eastern Washington, ordered mine in May. Still waiting.
I was lucky to get one from a dealer lot (probably a canceled order), so no waiting. But I know people have been waiting for 9+ months …

@@carlosmoraesUtube Thanks. I did see the reflectix. Too bad on the dual pane windows though. Wished that was an option.
when u said winter and banff I thought -30 -40 celsius lol

I hope none of those hooks fall off and give someone flat tire.
Great job keeping it warm but let your damn dog in it's too damn cold for that s***
That dog is way too content. Maybe he’s part husky…lol. Some breeds love the cold. Dog is good.
Golden Retrievers LOVE winter weather! Thanks for watching!
The camera shakes makes this unwatchable
