I've been more than please with my 2005 4-stroke 60hp Bigfoot Mercury! Quiet, very fuel efficient and the reliability has been fantastic with no issues! Sits on a 25 foot pontoon and does great. She wont win any races @ 18knots, but it's more then adequate.

I bought new merc 60hp bigfoot in 2006 4 stroke ...The fuel consumption was so good that silly me actually took the boat back where i bought it and said the fuel gage wasnt working because the needle stayed on full .. Was nothing wrong with the fuel gage
Just one quick question, what about using 60hp big foot for 4.60 raft zodiac boat which is 265kg only...? Your comments would be highly appreciated thanks for your help..
top speed would be far less than a normal 60hp , other than that you could carry much more persons and eqiupment , if you re not after top speed it s worthit
I got a 1984 V17 Tracker it has a Mariner 50 hp 2 stroke the boat is in awesome shape but I’m having trouble with the old motor how hard would it be to replace it with a new motor?

I'll put my money on the regular foot model. Bigfoot pushes a heavier boat good, but not fast.

its too heavy for my 16ft have no freeboard ill stick with my 50 2 stroke for now
