Loved this video, for the past 2 weeks I have experienced pain outside of hip and top of glute when walking up 2 flights of stairs to my flat. I have looked at numerous videos, done clam shells, side leg raises all the usual. The one in this video for hip flexors I can feel pain in left hip and glute more so than the right side. I completed them 10 times each side and noticed that it feels warm when I have finished which must be a good thing and my lower back pain has gone in the mornings. I don.t think I have arthritis in hips but stiffness in left hip due to sitting, will stick with these exercises and see if they are helping. The left glute and hip does feel slightly stronger when walking up the stairs. Thank you so much for your videos.
