This is good.If a person does yoga , but does not stop eating Biscuits , Bread wherein Gluten is the ingredient, then doing Yoga for belly fat will not have any effect.Side by side ,you must give the food intake to be taken which will help the yogabhyasi .

Acharya ji 1. ap abdomen exercise me pair उठाते समय सांस भरने के लिए बोल रहे हैं जबकि पैर उठाते समय पेट खाली होना चाहिए नाकी उसमे हवा भारी होनी चाहिए, 2. पैर उठाते टाइम आप पैरो को 30 degree उठाने को के रहे हैं जबकि यह सिर्फ 6 इंच होना चाहिए, इससे पेट की मसल्स को पूरा तनाव मिलता है.
Koi baat nahi aapko yah uchit lage to aap jarur kar sakte h....maine to kuch anubhav or kuch gherand sanhita ke anusar bataya h....uttanpadasan me pet me swans bhare beena pet ka nabhichakra khisak jayega
