The VelocityOne Yoke and Throttle from Turtle Beach delivers one of the most comprehensive solutions for an at-home flight deck. The included throttle quadrant with interchangeable heads, a dedicated trim wheel with realistic tension, and a unique 180-degree rotating yoke with integrated rudder controls make this a potent system for training and fun. Experience immersive audio and coordinate your flight through the integrated headset audio jack. The VelocityOne is compatible with both personal computers and the Xbox Series X or S series.
    Features:
    - Realistic pitch and bank control - experience true 1:1 movement on a full-size, authentic yoke with 180-degree rotational movement
    - Flexible throttle/prop/mixture controls - authentic Cessna-style push/pull controls for engine operation
    - Interchangeable quadrant heads - switch from GA-style to heavy jet thrust levers (eight heads supplied)
    - Integrated screen - make on-the-fly adjustments and learn the best controls for flight simulation
    - Multitude of control options - 12 axis controls and 42 buttons offer everything from a basic setup to complex configurations.
    - Integrated rudder control - extremely smooth traveling bumpers on the rear of the yoke handle for convenient access.

Hi and thanks for your video :
I've just got into this 'Home Flight Sim' stuff with a view to build an experience basis in X Plane 11 from tutorials and literature study before looking at booking flying lessons one day. I have a Turtle Beach Velocity One Yoke (plus a new computer to manage the program needs along with a Logitech rudder pedal unit).
I was planning to go with Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium 2020 , but chose X Plane 11 after some better reviews.
But, I'm having problems mapping in the controls now with Velocity. The TPM Linear lever controls (throttle, props, mix) and right side programmable buttons don't respond to what I've tried to adapt them to (eg flaps and parking brake), all that works so far with the yoke is pitch, roll, yaw and rudder control with the yoke triggers and the view perspectives on the D-Pad.
I have followed a video guide for X Plane, but only have the operational responses I've listed.
Any advice that can help is appreciated, thank you!

This is the second review you have done that I have seen on a yolk where there is a huge delay between your input and the aircraft on-screen response.

I don’t like the throttle buttons but I understand with the dual throttle controls. Very rare to see TPM controls on a yoke, makes it a very attractive option. I have the saitek yoke and it’s meh.

Hi, great vid. Is it possible in x-box flight sims to pair two yokes together to get that realistic visual configuration like the typical dual yoke set up we would see in most single engine training aircraft ? I want to teach my wife to fly the sim and a realistic looking set up where both the controls work would be great.

It’s very comparable. Both have 180-degree roll and are well made. Turtle Beach includes a trim wheel and throttle quadrant, which is a separate product for Honeycomb (Bravo). TB also works with Xbox, which Honeycomb does not at this time. However, the Honeycomb Alpha is a great yoke and right now our most popular. Shaping up to be a Coke/Pepsi contest.

It looks like the vernier throttle/prop/mixture controls are just kind of "for show"? It looks like rather than having them only turn left/right unless you press the silver button, they can always be moved forward/backwards?

Turtle Beach needs to address the following issues with a firmware update:
    1. Rudder pedals (specifically the toe brakes) are not found almost every time the system is shut down and up again.
    2. Random and sudden faulty elevator axis wheel input to + - 100% which causes uncontrolled crashes.
    And these mechanical issues:
    1. Sticky yoke
    2. Throttles that are too loose
Get it together Turtle Beach and stop selling crap!
