Anais is an amazing food guide! I took a tour with her on my last trip to Mexico city and she really knows her stuff, and is such a kind soul. Can't wait to return!
Love your style Anais and I cannot wait to return I Love CDMX. I wished there were more of this kind of vlogs showcasing different parts of cdmx. Are you planning on making more videos? If not how about your own channel? Good luck I really hope to see you do more on YT Sabrina 🇫🇷🇬🇧
I was surfing what to do, eat and exploring CDMX. I am so glad your site came up! I highly enjoyed everything you have done. I will visit again and try those places you recommended. Viva 🇲🇽 Mexico!
My mouth is watering. Your tour was so informative and I can't wait to try all of these suggestions. I will definitely seek out the natural wine shop. Muchas gracias! 😀
Clarification... The green sauce is not sour, the correct thing is: "acidic". the same for a lime.
"People from the country side make fun of us because we put everything in a bun" Yes, we do make fun of them because they put everything in a bun, hell even when they pay the check they put the money in a bolillo XD
The shredded chicken breast or shredded beef is regularly served with Chilaquiles as a dish (on a plate). It is very rare you will find it in a 'Guajolta'. Which the the name of this type of Sub/Sanwich. I believe is the most inexpensive breakfast in Mexico City. Mostly offered by street vendors. And in order to keep its extremely cheap price. Nothing else is added. Just Bolillo bread, white cheese and Chilaquiles. Either on green or red salsa.
@@giancarlovergontti9536 sorry to disagree. Guajolota is made with tamales, not chilaquiles. And the chilaquiles torta I usually buy in 3 different spots always have chicken.
*Great video but **01:05** "think of this as our version of coffee and donuts..." nope! cultures are unique and no comparison at all, american food summarizes to a minimum of items in the menu (mostly burgers and fries and shakes) vs Mexican food... endless possibilities; no comparison!*
Those green chilaquiles are garbage! Calling them chilaquiles is using that name loosely. Like calling a $1 burger a Kobe beef steak. And then using them for a filling for a torta is garbage again. In the USA that would be called a potato chip sandwich. Something only trashy people eat.
I ran & called #Splat on her mobile AGAIN from the #AIRPORT -_- like where the hell did that #crabbyPatty go but say it in HISPANIC SPANISH = si hablos Espanol?? tu Madre is loca.....
That tour guide is freaking AMAZING….
"Little bit"

Busca un mercado callejero. Así de fácil.
i like your videos but please INCLUDE the prices and how much things cost. We have no idea how much anything cost
Ok your explanations works for México city only not the rest of the country. Specially the quesadilla part.

The chilaquiles torta lacked the shredded chicken. Just sayin’.

Why in the videos of Mexico there is always trumpet music? There are many types of music in Mexico.
Did any of these places get anyone sick??
I don’t understand why Mexican people call the totopos chips .

massive amounts of GMO corn and sugar, drizzled in burnt canola industrial oil. what's not to love?
