i think you did the best thing man.. normally people who come from foriegn take a cab and shift to a luxurious hotels (airbnb) they go to taj mahal and mc donalds as a default.. but you took an auto rickshaw.. went through a hell of a traffic with real indian experience and felt how it is like to be in a slum house.. for a fact you got immersed in the core indian habbit.. but there's other side of india too.. i.e rich people. also i loved that you played street cricket..

Obviously they do live in poverty and they lack many fundamental things such as running water. But their household looks very clean and organized to me, everything has its place, the kitchen for example looks more tidy than mine.
Great video, not too many people in America would not invite a total stranger in their home and offer a soda,beer,smoke,etc...Just goes to show,it's not possessions that make people happy,it's having family and a great outlook on life that makes a person rich.
