Thank You Very Much Sir For Portraying The Cuisines Of My Country So Fantastically. It Always melts Our heart When Visitors From Other Countries Appreciates Our Cuisines.
Guys If you have complaints about all those Street foods in India, then kindly visit some high class restaurants where you can get your hygienic foods by paying more money. Thank you !
Not to mention these 'clean' places spoken of in the western world are far, far from it. In the US at least, standards are only followed the day of health inspection. Obviously not at all places, but it's costly to follow code.
Kindly note that paneer is not actually cheese. But near to cheese. For making cheese it requires months. Where as making paneer is required 1 or 2 night. Both are made from curd and whey are removed and in 1 white cloth its keep for 1 or 2 night so that remaining water can be removed though Gravity. The same process has been followed while making cheese but cheese I kept for two to three years or more than that in the cheese room. Kindly search on UA-cam And Google how to make paneer or how to make cheese.
@ankit kr older (aging) cheese is very costly then lower aging cheese. Just like wine. In 2004 NASA's NOAA has done Titanic expedition and they found many old wine bottle and they tested some wine bottle and sold all bottles in market at huge price. (May be sold by auction)
@ankit kr my English is not so good. I have completed my studies in Vernacular medium. So kindly note I don't smoke, not consuming tobacco in any form, no liquor and no non veg. I am pure vegetarian.
@ankit kr ok you are correct. but in paneer they don't Press too much that's why paneer too soft and spongy. Where as in cheese they they press too much and remove whey and the also add salt and some times local spices (as per their need & mkt demand)
I am originally from Delhi but living in New Zealand 🇳🇿 . Whenever I miss my food I came up here and watching your vlogs over Indian food 😃👌😋 Old delhi is my favourite place to eat. You can have all mixed food of all origins like Mughals, Persia, Afghani, Chinese, Indian obviously ☺️
Hello 👋 You were so positive throughout! Indian food is very tasty but some foreigners might find it spicy. Our food is like us, full of spice, variety and life. You are Amazing ❤️ person
i have had both tasty and terrible indian food. too often the terrible stuff ends up over here, giving it all a bad name... we need more GOOD indian cooks to venture out and fix this.
Sometimes i think to go and settle in abroad but next second i start thinking how will i survive without Indian food. I feel myself very lucky to be an Indian
Indian Street foods are for economical weak section and middle class of society . Some people say about hygiene yes its important but its like luxury you have to pay for it, you have money you can go to Star Rated Hotels and expensive restaurants. Its about choice and capacity if you don't like it don't eat , No one forcing to eat . Try to see cause of anything from different perspective . 🙏🙏🙏😁
I am not economically weak but I still prefer street biryani over five star hotels.. That's India... Cash does not matter internal satisfaction matters. ☺
@Hector Ricardo true.. Only because they use fancy words and modern method of cooking with all resources available doesnot mean they can cook better than those out there on the streets.. Street foods have a special and better vibe from that of a restaurant made.. Street cooks know about what they cook and how they cook.. The authenticity of street foods and flavours is something which makes me crazy about them.
Love how they let you film them while they create the food. It's like come in to my home or work place and watch me make my master piece. I enjoyed watching, thanks.😀

The way he said hello bhaiya stole my heart ❤️😂
I love how he’s honest about the little things he does like acts like he knows the local guys at the the end just for a better shot. That’s awesome and is so genuine and makes me like this channel and him as a host so much. Also I thought the idea of the restaurant putting out scooters as tables was honestly really cool. Great show. Great content.

I consider myself a foody, following various food shows on UA-cam. I cannot believe I’ve discovered this gem of a channel so late. You are definitely going to take over the food show space on you tube very soon. And all of us deserve such good quality content so I’ve started recommending your channel to my friends. More power to you my friend, hope you keep dishing out such awesome quality content and remain humble throughout.
Also kudos to you traveling and making videos in this scorching heat in Delhi.
Thanks a lot.
I'm currently living in the US and haven't been back home to India in 4 years and your videos take me down memory lane :')

Guys If you have complaints about all those Street foods in India, then kindly visit some high class restaurants where you can get your hygienic foods by paying more money. Thank you !
And some shit food
Get street food in India, nothing beats it
I think in so called high class restaurants they will get the same western food, which they are used to.
Not to mention these 'clean' places spoken of in the western world are far, far from it. In the US at least, standards are only followed the day of health inspection. Obviously not at all places, but it's costly to follow code.
They are tasteless...😑
Kindly note that paneer is not actually cheese. But near to cheese.
For making cheese it requires months. Where as making paneer is required 1 or 2 night. Both are made from curd and whey are removed and in 1 white cloth its keep for 1 or 2 night so that remaining water can be removed though Gravity.
The same process has been followed while making cheese but cheese I kept for two to three years or more than that in the cheese room.
Kindly search on UA-cam And Google how to make paneer or how to make cheese.
Nyc one Brother
@ankit kr older (aging) cheese is very costly then lower aging cheese. Just like wine. In 2004 NASA's NOAA has done Titanic expedition and they found many old wine bottle and they tested some wine bottle and sold all bottles in market at huge price. (May be sold by auction)
@ankit kr amul cheese factory tour - ua-cam.com/video/mSJ8LGD_uXI/v-deo.html

They are saying it unhygienic.....but on the other side carving for these mouth watering dishes 🤣😂🤫🤫🤫🤭
Street food gives real satisfaction. The biggest stars and the richest people eat from the streets.
I love sonny because he is so funny and makes me lough not just hungry ☺️
Love how they let you film them while they create the food. It's like come in to my home or work place and watch me make my master piece. I enjoyed watching, thanks.😀
