I Tried Learning the Most Carried Tekken 8 Character

Eddy is a heavy mixup character but I think I played his gameplay wrong haha it was a blast though and really fun learning!
I want to get more people into playing competitive ranked queue because its really fun improving yourself.

when eddy came out, i got pretty salty after losing to spamming 3 eddies as kazuya, so i changed to victor (never even tried him) and was beating these eddies with up+1+2 and 2222 extensions. that made me realise that this is just a silly videogame, no need to get salty over people just pressing buttons and getting strings and stuff when you can be doing the same thing

Once you know the matchup his playstyle shifts entirely. He's just a keep out character with mixup game and wakeup pressure. At a higher level I think he's fun to fight against because it's not just knowledge check spam mid to lows.

Eddy’s playstyle is litteraly being confusing and trick the opponent. I play eddy because i also played him in tekken 7 and he is good but they nerfed eddy so much in tekken 8. Now eddy only has his sh*t moves. Bandai removed all of his OP moves from tekken 7 and it’s harder to find good combos with eddy. Be glad you are not fighting the same eddy from tekken 7
