I did this workout after a 20 minute HITT workout. It is a great add on workout to another shorter workout. It might be good to match with a strength workout. Thanks!
Fun! But I don't understand why some trainers don't actually do the wkout, or at least some of the exercises. Why even be in the video, just be a background voice. He didn't even demonstrate.
+nlc17 It can be difficult to guide viewers through the exercises/explain proper posture while actually doing the exercises. nlc17 The main purpose is to show us the exercise. Trainers show them and they do it. Always u can't expect a trainer to do wd u. He is guiding them n also doing the video narration. Good way to do a video cz doing the exercise it's not possible to keep narrating.
@nic17: Have you ever trying doing a full cardio workout while talking? I don't care how athletic you are or how many sports you've played, that's not gonna be easy at all and would make the video slightly unprofessional.
Her Squats are not deep enough and as she drops into the Burpee the Press Up part could be deeper with elbows closer to her body. He's not too bad but chest should go to floor. Her press ups are poor, arms too wide, too much head dipping and she lost form in her core towards the end.

do different exercices, you still have to work your back and biceps, for example, which arent used here

first time i ever did burpees. i could physically HEAR my quads swearing the shit out of me.
