Whenever I went against these two, I made sure to have 50+ med kits, Engraving Semi-Automatic shotgun, Advanced Police rifle and the revolver named "Last Wish" fully loaded and was carrying as much ammo as possible
Should’ve used flaming ninja stars, believe me those shits are op, I’ve killed one of the special mutant swat brutes with just those, but you gotta have a good amount, like around 20 or more, depending on your aim
