Great video! The macros are really helpful thanks. You're face is looking so chiseled...I'm jealous... Only 6 days into carnivore but feeling much better...
I made burgers last night for dinner. The grease from the burgers got hard in the pan after an hour. My parents told me That's how the grease gets hard in your arteries and clogs them up. 😂😂😂😂
How does your bacon grease look so smooth? My always looks white and has the consistency of butter. For the fajitas, are you frying them in your bacon mayo? Thanks for the recipes
Hello! Interesting, I dont know. I typically strain my bacon grease with a mini net strainer before I put it in the ramekins. For the fajitas, I am frying them in bacon grease.
PLEASE change the laws on Naturopathic Physicians. Every state should allow them to pratice. Now it is mostly blue states. As it is we now have no options other than go to a MD or a DO and they just want to write RX's for us. Can we please have NDs as an option across the states? ND's are banned in Florida and most other red states so they can force us into the big pharma hamster wheel.
Hello! I agree, I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to get help from a knowledgeable thyroid practitioner, especially when I have very good and very expensive health insurance. It's ridiculous!
I apologize, but doesn't the name Wa-Gyu literally means Japanese Cow? Were these cows brought over from Japan and then bred? I also understand that part of what makes Wagyu the way it is is the regional grasses and fed these cows eat. It is like champagne. It can only be champagne if the grapes are grown in the right part of the world. Please correct me if my understanding is not right.
Hello! Yes, the cows were bred with Japanese wagyu I think back in the 70s. They have anywhere from 25-50% similar genetics. I think what you're thinking of is Kobe beef, which is a particular region in Japan. Wagyu is just a broad term for the different breeds of Japanese cattle. But great question!
Thanks for the bacon mayonnaise-recipe…gonna try it! Long live carnivores! 🥓🥚🥩👏🏻
Youre very welcome!
