- In less than twenty minutes you can start your morning with movement. This class begins in mountain pose, but, as always, includes breathing and a full spinal warm-up. If you are just waking up and getting your body moving, you have an opportunity to move, stretch and breathe, before practicing sun salutations, flow and some strength postures. No frills, lots of movement and energy building poses in a short amount of time - my version of short. ;) Enjoy.

Recently became a patron and I think more people should do the same if they watch your videos. I've gotten into the habit of stretching in the morning and my moves have gotten stale. Classes like this fit perfectly in my schedule and keeps things fresh

This is my first five parks class, and I absolutely love the mirror cueing. I can't think of another online yoga who does this, which normally makes me kinda bonkers/hafta turn off audio because my body has to match the screen :) Thank you. I'll be back.
