Works better if you cook your rice a head when you add the rice to your mixture it will be more firmer, instead of looking wet, like soup.
This is perfect ! My technique is a little different! I grind my chicken livers raw and add with my ground beef.
I cook all my Louisiana from down here

I’ve been cooking for 30 years but I always forget to make this. After looking online and trying to find what I consider to be a real dirty rice recipe all I can find is people making what looks like mud. This is legit actual true dirty rice. Well done and thank you !!
