Hey y’all! Here’s my take on dirty rice. It’s untraditional yet delicious!
    Ingredients
Cooked rice ( I used Jasmine rice)
    Ground beef
    Trinity (bell pepper, onion, celery)
    Minced garlic
    Soy sauce
    Black pepper
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Parsley
    Butter
    Love
    Enjoy!

Thanks for the quick receipe (dirty rice) I used the left over rice, ground beef and soy sauce which came out delicious, I served it whatever that was in the refrigerator (ribs and cabbage) and I'm impressed with the meal.

I really appreciate this video. It really made me less intimidated to make dirty rice. I did tweak it some to fit my needs, but it turned out really well, and I'll definitely make it again. I appreciated that you didn't do anything to make it super spicy. I ended up using some cajun blackening seasoning, and it gave me the right amount of warmth and spice it needed w/o being too much for me. I was easily able to adapt the recipe down to basically a two-serving.

Yes. We also added some Old Bay seasoning which was also yummy. Along with low sodium soy sauce, etc. Because ours was a bit spicey, wrapped one helping into a large soft burrito shell. SO good!

First off thank you for sharing this. I grew up with this just something the family made but it’s not a known recipe really. Second, for what it’s worth, if you don’t make rice beforehand, you can just add a few cups of beef stock and cook the Rice in the meat yeah it changes the texture but it’s good too. Just another way
