One step I noticed that was missed was when you install the outer/smaller clamp on the boot you need to push it inward compressing the boot until the clamped end drops into the small groove in the shaft of the inner tie rod. Doing so will insure the boot doesn't move or come off from the inside after the zip tie rot's and breaks off year's later.
Most all aftermarket inner tie rods have this groove in the shaft to ensure that the boot doesn't slide outward exposing the inner joint.
If the joint becomes exposed all the grease will be washed away and the entire inner tie rod will need to be replaced again.
I would definitely recommend replacing the boot no matter how good it looks when you replace the inner tie rod.
Done properly and this will outlast the car so you shouldn't ever have to do it again.

I see why you only did the driver side. That side is easy compared to the other side and it's limited space to get the clamp off

I didn't have much more issue getting off from one side to the other. But having the lift did make it easier by far. I'll be sure to keep that it in mind. Every car is usually different from driver to passenger.

@@Drivewaytransformation there is no room for a screwdriver on the passenger side to reach the clamp lock. I'm gonna have to rip the boot out and get a new one just for a dam clamp. So like I said. I know definitively why you didn't show the hard side and there is a huge difference

The passenger side has a metal shield around it to protect the joint and the boot from excessive heat from the exhaust. This shield gives you little to no room to install the zip tie but if you put the zip tie on the boot very loose before sliding onto the shaft then use long needle nose pliers to pull it tight it seems to work pretty good.
