Super ❤
@@ericskingofflcial8556 YEAH!
I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k,but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million
You work for 40yrs to have $1m in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $10k in a meme coin for just few months and now they are multi millionaires. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 per week even though I barely trade myself.
I'm favoured financially, Thank you Jesus $32,000 weekly profit regardless of how bad it gets on the economy.
How
..? Am a newbie in crypto investment, please can you guide me through on how you made profit?
Thanks to Mrs Maria Davis.
I knew Aspen was expensive, but damn
Great comparative analysis!
You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍😄👏
glad you enjoyed
@@erikvanconover It is my pleasure, thanks! Take care! Happy travels! 👍🥰🙏
£5,000 is insane for such a small place. Shows just how the cost of living in these sought after places are wildly inflated
The total living space is 27.87 SQM 🤯🤯
That’s like my room size in my house for 5k 🤯🤯
Exactly you come to india with that kinda rent price it wont work in the Economic capital of india which is mumbai
I mean how people can be this stupid to pay this amount in rent
Location location location
yes its a problem for sure.
Eric, I'm lovin' the edits. That scene where you walk out of the closet and you're outside simultaneously is an "award winning" cut, and making the price tags look like clouds, phenomenal. You make me want to visit Aspen.
All those fancy edits are from DroneHubs editor! Above my pay grade lol
Your editing has gotten superb! Couldn’t believe how smooth the transitions were. So much growth happening here
The luxury homes are beautiful but 600k for a month is a waste of money...With 7.2 millions you can buy a really nice home instead of paying that number each month for someting that isn't yours.
You realize he's calculating monthly rent on a per/night rental rate and extrapolating it over 30 days. He's also using the peak rate. No one rents these for a month, but rather a few days. No one is signing a lease for 60k a month, lol. This entire video is misleading.
I live in Banff Alberta and in the past 10 years, the rent has gone from around $1500 per month for a 2 bedroom condo to around $2500-3000.
It’s almost as if renters are colluding and keep on raising the rent of places just because they can…
Erik, this is by far my favorite tour of yours. Thanks for doing what you do! 💪👍🙏❤️

@@erikvanconoverRIGHT ON ERIK 🤣👏🏾🤣
great editing and the content itself - good job Erik!
If I had Warren Buffet's bank, I wouldn't go near Aspen or most other places where the beautiful people (and their money) tend to congregate.
The 300K home was perfect.
It looked ultra luxurious, good size and not too over the top.
great review - thanks
Thank you for showing us how the Aspenites live. I loved the house with the small listening room and lots of huge talking rooms. Beautifully presented information.
Love aspen and everything it has to offer. Thanks for sharing!
so beautiful, amazing scenary and cozy interior setting
Only discovered your channel a month or two ago. Great content and a top guy
i like those kind of videos, where you compare the properties. Hopefully you do it more. :)
Those prices are wild… that bubble has to pop soon.
The $80K one was ideal, looks nice and more worth it. 💯
80K per month for that crap box is a scam lol.
Unremarkable in every sense you can think of and apparently listed for nearly 10M (according to Erik).
$10,000,000 for a small 3 bedroom is absolutely wild no matter where it is located
Amazing video
The huge piles of firewood stored on balconies in Vail made me nervous! But these prices are the norm out there.
4:46 “come upstairs,it’s time for dinner” ahh house
Great Video, Erik. The smaller homes are also good to live - in the end you just sleep there and the surrounding landscape is always the same…
Aspen where the Beer flows like wine
i`m curious where all the staff lives. like the dish washers, waiters, cleaning staff. i can imagine hotels offer housing but what about the rest?
they live in vans outside of town
@@MrJhchrist that sucks :(
@@cinnamon8884or in Carbondale or Glenwood springs
That 5k a month place isn't even worth $500 a month.
Real ones know Leadville is about 30 miles away, equally as beautiful views with 14,000 foot peaks everywhere you look. 5k a month there actually gets you a really nice house, you just have to drive to the ski resort
Nice video! How did you learn to show these houses?🙈
I can't see any of the properties being worth it until you get to $300k/month and have "f you" money where you don't care how much it costs.
Good thing that i dont even have close to this sort of money, so i dont have to worry about rent in Aspen yet
Please do the same in other city, New York next 👍
I like this
You should do a video on the people who can actually afford to rent/buy some of these properties that you show.
So lovely home 🏡
Love
All of them are SO ridiculously over-priced. It shows how stupid things have become in Aspen and other very specific places in the country. So my Cape Cod rental looks pretty OK after all...
The fact that your getting anything in Apsen for 5k is still nice though
i lived in someone's basement apt in Jackson Hole Wy.... back then it was $450 a month
In England a washing machine is for clothes. We call em dishwashers
That’s the biggest powder room I’ve ever seen. That’s a huge house
I can imagine having a big family reunion at that 600k mansion, but living there for a longer period is just too much, not only the high price tag but the space that would most of the time just be empty
Awesome job Erik drop a like .
Thanks for the visit
No problem
I could never imagine valuing skiing so much that you would pay these prices just for a ski town. I’ve never really understood why some people care so much for skiing. I’ve snowboarded a bit, but it’s never as much fun as people act like it is. Also, I don’t care too much for winter or snow. For a fraction of the price of most of these places, I’d rather go to like the Maldives and do fun water sports or on safari in Africa. Or even do an entire luxury eurotrip for a fraction of the price. Aspen feels pretty whack compared to all of that.
Do I watch the video or comment first! I'm distracted by all the snow!!
BOTH
And here I was thinking New York is expensive !
SAME...was quite shocking to see these prices
Who has the money to pay for all this shit? In Australia, I paid about 1.4m for my home, paid it off in about 4 years by having a hefty deposit from the sale of my previous paid off home and could not fathom paying even $5k per month for that stinking little shoebox of a joint at the beginning of the video and I am on about $300k per year salary.
The world is utterly mental!
$10million for a plywood smokestack. Aspen is crazy rich
I think 300000 dollars will be enough for me for the rest of my life including traveling at least once a year and without working any more😂
7:44 POV: My minecraft house when I farm to much marble...
I spend extra 3500 on Apple VR the rooms now feels big though
After watching this I feel much better for renting my one bedroom 700sq feet for $1800 apartment in Brooklyn.
Most people watching this channel can’t afford these places , that’s why they complain , leave that mentality behind and try to accomplish what the 1% already did..😎
1:16 "a baby washing machine, so you're not actually gonna have to handwash..." i swear I thought he was gonna say "babies"
Note: baby washing machine used for CLOTHES only
I know its a ski town, but 20k for a 2 bedroom, Damn, Crazy.
As a Coloradan I would rather get a place in Estes.
20 000 is over 600 a day.
How much is a hotel room?
"Comment down below how much you think this shack is worth.
... it costs $5M."
Sounded like Kanye talking about doctors 🤣
1st one would be too small just for 1
If the cheapest is $5000 a month do people who work and live in Aspen to make it a destination for the rich make more money?
Aspen isn’t just a tourist spot it has nature and locals who care for it
Most of the actual locals were killed and driven from this land 150 years ago.
their dogs room bigger than my nyc apart😢
Well for 45k per night that's just a drop in the bucket for billionaires but the average man can't afford that it makes me wonder how many nights is it leased for at that price for a year
yes when you look at that perspective how how little $1.3M USD is for a Billionaire thats that crazy part
I feel broke 😂
These homes need to be turned into Hi Hostels.
No sauna?
The walls are floating😂 that’s just not a baseboard
The third house for 5K would be fair. =)
🎉
if its true, then I am truly caught off guard by those who pay a million for rent
EDIT: Aspen rent is something else, no wonder CO residents left
The final house is not worth it. Not even close actually.
1. It's not ski in-ski out. And skiing is the main reason for going to Aspen.
2. None of the rooms have great views. Especially compared with a lot of the other mansions you've shown in Aspen.
With that being said, if my friend hit me up to crash there, I would be there instantly.
My country that 5000 price would have been 300
These places are sick. With all that is happening in the world, these are obscene.
The powers that be want us gone
Obscene. Heated pools, huge space and then these ultra-rich talk about protecting the environment and want me to buy an e-car instead of keeping my 5.0 Ram.
JOINED IT / VACATION THEE /ALLOWED GONE UP / ALGARABY THEE / CUANTIOUS MOMENTS /
Has this guy figured out why he is in Colorado ?? Colorado meaning " the color red",... New jersey is the expression of Red. CO is to Be Red,.. no expressing, no therapizing, ... quiet and RED
Even if I was a billionaire I wouldnt rent for 1.35m a month
The interior design of the most expensive hotel is disgustingly hideous. Paying that price for bedrooms that look like someone splattered some contemporary art over basement room cement walls... bleh
I'm from India live in small village dreaming to live in aspen co in America one day 😅😅...i don't think that's possible
maybe not this America, hopefully in the future
Take off your shoes bro 😢 I pay $200 a month but still every house I walk into, shoes come off as soon as I get in.
why so expensive??
Location, mob mentality. Colorado is a beautiful state as well and that plays largely into the prices
I thought ment buy
just rent!
tf is up with certain US settlements... 10 million for this hut wtf
shocking
Are they even occupied 2/12 months ? Is there even a chance for a 25yo brokie to reach this level of wealth ?, U never fail to remind me how poor i am 😂
Btw i think u should make a video on how this rich people atain this much of wealth,... Or are this big mansion some loop hole to avoid tax..., What steps can some brokie like me should take to attain this riches etc ...
Sorry, but this home is not worth the money. It’s very beautiful, but way overpriced. I could get that same home for much cheaper, in Beverly Hills California.
😂😂 on those rent price you literally can buy such house in Pakistan,
I am a Colorado native and none of us go to Aspen. I am fleeing Colorado for Thailand. So much more affordable.
First comment hmmmmmmmm
There was already Erik's pinned comment here 🙂
YES!
I love watching these but think about the extreme and disgusting use of money while others suffer. It's just so sociopathic
extremely overrated
You're a natural in front of the camera
7:40 they replaced that ugly tacky bedding 😅😂😅😂
@erikvanconover! Congrats on your amazing content! I just moved into a brand-new apartment and I'd love for you to feature it in one of your videos! Let's talk!
