Notice the absence of movie theatres, bowling alleys, arcades, billiards room, etc. that you would usually see in houses of this price point in LA. Instead of the focus being on indulgence, the focus of this house is centred around enjoying each others company and enjoying nature.

I had no idea that Iron Man's house was created using CGI. The house in this video is certainly superior to the one in the movie. I want to express my gratitude to Enes, Mike, and their team for transporting us to such incredible locations. I can't even fathom the amount of effort that went into producing this video, and the end result is absolutely mesmerizing, almost as if it's from a different realm. I'm confident that if we could journey to other planets and construct homes there, Enes and his team would undoubtedly embark on that adventure as well.👍
The house in the movie was a stage set (interior shots). The house we see on the cliff from outside, was CGI. That actual location is somewhere you can visit. It’s down the street from my house at the Point Dume Natural Preserve. A lot of films, TV shows, and commercials have been filmed all around the area since the 1970s. It’s a beautiful public park. You can park in the designated parking area, or down below at the beach parking. There are trails that take you around the park and 2 that go down to the beach on two sides of the park. Whatever you do, do not park across the street where it says no parking. Sheriff cars do come by every hour or two and give tickets as people constantly park there when parking gets full.

This is the most incredible house I’ve seen. It’s basically a museum turned home. I’ve actually driven by here but didn’t know this property existed. Cape Town is one of the beautiful cities I’ve visited. Congratulations and thank you for an excellent presentation! 🎉
It's just jaw dropping, you just can't put into words how insane this property is and IMO it's the location/scenery that does it for me. The scenery is like a live action painting in every corner of the property, it's just so stunning, it's like a fever dream.

Difference with CT from what I know of sa is that the local people and govt there chose to maintain the natural beauty and enhance it. Durban had just as nice but development there and the people have ruined it.
I went to South Africa 11 years ago. Driving along the coast south of Cape Town was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had no idea this house was in Cape Town!
I must say that everything Enes & his team does equals perfection. I must admit that I have gotten hooked on watching this type of content because of Enes. I tried to stop being an Enes & Mikey snob but no one else out there can tour a property like Enes. I had to stop watching the others & come back to Enes & his awesome team. It has been quite some time that I have been following this channel, being inspired by the amazing architectural pieces around the world that literally has a story to tell for years to come. Never in my life would I thought Enes would visit South Africa. My birth place ans a country I still live in. I am currently studying for my interior design degree. Still a year to go, but going strong. This channel definitely helped me in times for refuge for creativity, inspiration and much more. Thanks Enes, for this channel that gives us all around the world to see the most amazing architectural wonders around the world. By studying interior design, it gave me SOOO MUCH of an eye for appreciation for architecture, design and all the hard work that goes into making such astonishing pieces, from the block plan, foundation plan to floor plan. Just so much going into a property. No wonder they have the prices they have. 👍🏻

I always preferred a utilitarian build which the concrete gives it that feel, yet the design flows into a perfection one can't argue it's beauty. That house isn't empty, every space has use which is rare in over-the-top houses. Amazing video, great edits, nice use of music and of course... great views!

The most impressive thing about this house is that it feels alive most of these place looks great with some fantastic views but through out the tour you could see the house is used and lived in with out looking like a museum, Also it can't been said enough that view is breathtaking

I love the plant life inside the home, but as with other properties that also feature prominent inside plant life, I always wonder about insects. I know that probably sounds strange but how do they keep all the buggies from being inside the home with all the plants.

The Iron Man house is by far the most comfortable looking concrete home you and Mikey have showcased Enes 👍Spectacular sunsets and views of the 12 apostles (looks like the Hazards mountains in Coles Bay, Tasmania)👌 The 12 apostles in Victoria, Australia don't compare to Cape Town's! Difference with CT from what I know of sa is that the local people and govt there chose to maintain the natural beauty and enhance it. Durban had just as nice but development there and the people have ruined it.

I went to South Africa 11 years ago. Driving along the coast south of Cape Town was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had no idea this house was in Cape Town!
Enes said construction began in 2010 but was only completed in 2015. So you wouldn't have seen much 11 years ago. I would love to go now.
I must say that everything Enes & his team does equals perfection.
I must admit that I have gotten hooked on watching this type of content because of Enes.
I tried to stop being an Enes & Mikey snob but no one else out there can tour a property like Enes.
I had to stop watching the others & come back to Enes & his awesome team.

All I can say is wow, what a home! I must admit I was worried when I saw the 37 minute run time for video, but I must say, it seemed shorter. You and Mikey did a fantastic job on this tour. I NEVER got tired of seeing that ocean view! I am looking forward to seeing the other houses!!!

It has been quite some time that I have been following this channel, being inspired by the amazing architectural pieces around the world that literally has a story to tell for years to come.
Never in my life would I thought Enes would visit South Africa. My birth place ans a country I still live in.
I am currently studying for my interior design degree. Still a year to go, but going strong.
This channel definitely helped me in times for refuge for creativity, inspiration and much more.

By studying interior design, it gave me SOOO MUCH of an eye for appreciation for architecture, design and all the hard work that goes into making such astonishing pieces, from the block plan, foundation plan to floor plan. Just so much going into a property.

I always preferred a utilitarian build which the concrete gives it that feel, yet the design flows into a perfection one can't argue it's beauty. That house isn't empty, every space has use which is rare in over-the-top houses. Amazing video, great edits, nice use of music and of course... great views!

The most impressive thing about this house is that it feels alive most of these place looks great with some fantastic views but through out the tour you could see the house is used and lived in with out looking like a museum, Also it can't been said enough that view is breathtaking

Absolutely gorgeous home and of course another top notch, excellent tour! They just keep getting better and better, so kudos to you, Mikey and the entire team! I love the plant life inside the home, but as with other properties that also feature prominent inside plant life, I always wonder about insects. I know that probably sounds strange but how do they keep all the buggies from being inside the home with all the plants.
