I just built a pc. Got a Lian Li galahad AIO with the SL120v1 fans. Had one fan doa. Contacted LIan Li for replacement of fan or whole unit. You don't need to take it all the way to 3000rpm for good performance. The phanteks t30 will beat the standard Noctua at the same RPM. If you need more headroom, you have the option of going all the way to 3000, but it's not necessary.

@@killerful For benchmarks, to squeeze that last °C off the components to get those 10 points you are missing in 3DMark :p
It's useless otherwise. Most 120mm fans have their sweet spot somewhere in the 1100-1300 rpm range when it comes to performance with tolerable noise. Above that, it's mostly useful when you have a case with shite airflow and need to brute force a trickle of air through a slit in the front panel. but you'd be better off saving money to get a new case.

3000 RPM isn't a selling point unless they're going into a server in a soundproof room. No one wants a leafblower on their desk regardless of how good the performance is.
Anyway, I feel like a lot of these new fans are overhyped because they're only looking a sound levels relative to cooling performance. The issue is that sound levels don't tell the whole story, another major factor is sound profile. What you do is you take two fans and set them to the same CFM, then you measure which one sounds nicer. You'll often find that two fans with the same sound levels can sound radically different, one might have a nice even humming noise while the other has a high pitched screeching noise.

The reason you do not see many 3,000 RPM fans is because of the plastic used in the fan blades, cheap fans their blades will stretch centrifugal force & hit their outer fan housing and squeak &/or shatter. And that is amazing about the ARCTIC P12 Max is their Static Pressure at ANY price. They're equal or BETTER than fans costing 40+ each. The ARCTIC P12 Max right now are $8.99 each on Amazon USA.

And I would like to build upon from this fact by proposing/suggesting a "Modular Design" in Cooling Fans going beyond Ring Accents, Frame Corners and Detachable Connector Cables with other Fan Components such as Entire Frame, PCB(Motor Coil & Bearing Included), Fan Blade Assembly/Spindle able to be swapped out within seconds/minutes to facilitate DIY Mods & Repairs, Relubrication of the Bearing and streamline dust cleanup.

As a friendly suggestion, you might need a bit better research before making videos because you have certain info missing or incorrect. The things I noticed:
While you are right that the D30s only come with 3 years, the T30s actually come with 6 years of warranty. I suspect this is because the T30s use LCP material where the D30s are just simple plastic hence they are less likely to survive 6 years of continuous use.
The D30s are announced and made in 140mm and are slated to be released in august of this year. Your statement of nobody making them could sway someone who is looking to get a 140mm fan to pull the trigger on a purchase rather than wait a month and get the new once.
The Arctic P12MAX fans are not 'the same as the previous once' as they now use a ball bearing instead of FDB as standard. Previously only the fans labeled "CO" or Continuous Operation were the once that came with the ball bearing.
The ability to control individual fans in a chain is made possible with the 'smart hub' product lines like the once from corsair and hyte. Personally I dislike those lines because of the inherit proprietary aspect of those products but that's something that has already been addressed, now it just needs to be standardized so we don't have 15 companies with 15 different fan connectors and microcontrollers.
I do agree with your comment regarding resonance though. I have my fans slightly offset as far as speed goes to avoid this exact issue.

pc are dead you can do your work on cloud pc . and cloud gaming is mainstream now not pc or console anymore. People are moving to cloud gaming instead of buying a pc or console or laptops. It's the end of hardware market.

We know we’re getting bent over and taken for a ride when a 3-pack of Chinese FANS costs half as much as your motherboard!!! These may be premium name brand models, but at 5x the price, they may be only 20% better.
