Yeah, another a Better than Bullion fan! I use it no only when a recipe calls for bullion cubes or powder, but when a recipe calls for stock, too. It’s far cheaper than stock-in-a-box and I think it tastes better. It’s much easier to transport. And with its minimal packaging it’s better for the environment.

Do you know if beginning with frozen chicken breasts would still soak in the flavors? I would still plan to thaw the entire freezer bag before cooking. I just love the convenience of buying frozen chicken breasts.
Hi April! Yes, if you have frozen chicken breasts you will still get a ton of flavor! Just put all the ingredients into the bag and pop it back in the freezer. As it thaws it will still absorb lots of flavor :)

Perfect timing for this video as life is about to get quite hectic Mon - Thurs! I also love that each uses whole ingredients and no processed items. My slurry is made from gf flour (celiac's here) so would I still add it 1 hour before?

Sweet Peas Saffron hi I kind of got the just to the servings now I didn’t realise what 0.5cup was 🤦♂️ but now I do know now so am throughly going to enjoy trying these recipes out and just seen this other video with over recipes such as the chipotle and curry yogurt witch sounds nice also thanks again Denise for these lovely recipes
Such a "great" assortment of freezer meals. Love all of them. I'm going to assume I can put these in an instant pot or is a sloww cooker the better option?
So I haven't tried these in the Instant Pot, but they should work. I do worry about the thicker ones like the bbq and fajita. For a single person would you suggest simply halving the recipes ? I don’t want to freeze 2 chicken breasts for me to try and eat I know it sound silly but I live on my own now cheers 🍻

I find right after they come out of the freezer, they totally smell (but it doesn't transfer to the food in my experience). After soaking in soapy water, then putting through the dishwasher, I can't smell 'freezer' anymore.
I am also trying to reduce my plastic use..... And have been considering silicone bags. But after seeing you place the chicken in them....I would be annoyed by the small opening. Maybe I will use wide mouth jars instead? Comments appreciated.

I love Better than Bouillon! It really adds just a little extra flavor to a dish.

Hi LorieAnn! I think so. Have you tried arrowroot powder? It's GF and thickens great!
@@SweetPeasSaffron Yes, have also tried that. The only time I didn't like how it turned out was when I made vanilla pudding. Left it wet and slimy.

Maybe using one of the thin cutting mats rolled up as a funnel would solve my problem?
