- Hi friends! Join me in the kitchen today as I prep 10 slow cooker chicken freezer meals! These are not only easy to prep and freeze, but they are so good too and perfect for spring and summer!
The last thing I want to be doing on a nice day is stuck in the kitchen. Having these meals on hand make meal planning a breeze. I just thaw the night before then pop in the slow cooker! Easy peasy my friends!
The 5 recipes that I am doubling are -
Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken - perfect over pasta or rice
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken - love it over rice and broccoli
Slow Cooker Hot Honey Chicken Sandwiches - serve on buns topped with pickles
Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken - great for tacos, bowls or tostadas!
Slow Cooker BBQ Peach Chicken - so yummy for summer with rice, corn on the cob and warm buttermilk biscuits!

This came at the perfect time! I was getting uninspired by my same round of recipes. I went to the store and grabbed the few ingredients that I needed for all these new recipes and am ready to meal prep tomorrow morning. I would like to try the Lemon chicken I love anything with lemon. They all look good really. I may make couple bags of this for my summer place when I need to cook a meal just for myself. thanks for sharing. I would use chicken breasts for most of these recipes as I'm not a thigh person. I am also having problems accessing the recipes you just put together. I winder if anyone else is.

I really wish you would put the recipes below instead of the way you have it to retrieve them. This way anyone can just try one to see if they will enjoy them as much as you do. That or offer it both ways. I get so many things in my email that it’s hard to erase the things I don’t want and just to try keeping up with them is exhausting! 😂

Is it just me or isn’t it a tad bit redundant to make freezer meal with frozen chicken?? U did double the work... I could understand if it was fresh chicken that needed to be cooked or froze .....make it make sense 😮
