You look like a wonderful person and a joy to be in the classroom. I hope the kids were grateful for you but I can never judge a fellow teacher for walking away for any reason they feel is right. And let no one tell you otherwise.
Hi, I am very happy for you that you were able to finally quit the teaching job you don't like. I am also in the same boat. 😐 Also, curious what you are do doing now and how's your experience. Pls let me know. I also want to quit my teaching job but I get very lazy in the holidays and don't want to live all the days like that. 🙏🙏
While I'm glad she chose herself, I wonder, what was her original reason for choosing this career. Yes, the education system (nationwide), is questionable. However, think about the children that could use your guidance, your instruction, etc. Teaching can be a challenge, but to last in this field, you must have the heart. Seeing teachers resign, in a short amount of time, disheartens me😢.
Either you are not cut out to teach OR you were dumped into a wasteful system with little or no teacher development support. Success Academy (NYC based) has a system of constant, real time support & feedback you can read about, MISSION POSSIBLE, that shows how teachers are the 1 & only key to excellence in education with constant feedback& improvementbeing the key to the key. If that sounds enticing, read the book, maybe its the solution.
Being a teacher is very stressful and its mostly because of the entitled ass kids who totally undisciplined at home.

💕
I changed my major to Business management, I’m just a IA and I’m tiredt😢
So glad you did this ! I am in teaching for ten years. I think many teachers stay because the narrative is ti accept that you are being burdened with BS and if you don’t you suffer from a lack of character….I mean how toxic ! One day too I will fly on out of here. I love the teaching, I love the learning. But all the other circus tricks…nah uh! No no
lol I dipped after 1yr. I got another bachelors and a masters and work as a clinical scientist now. I doubled my salary (100+k) and I don’t have to deal with people’s bad a55 kids anymore calling me a B-word to my face. Watch your own kids.
LOVE THAT FOR YOU!
Happy for you!!! ❤❤❤
🥰🥰🥰
You look like a wonderful person and a joy to be in the classroom. I hope the kids were grateful for you but I can never judge a fellow teacher for walking away for any reason they feel is right. And let no one tell you otherwise.
💕💕💕
I resigned in the state of Texas as well.
😊 I'm so happy for you
☺️☺️☺️
Yup, I left my 3rd year in as well!!
Wooohoooo
I quit teaching too trying to get instructional design
Anything is better than teaching
What's the song you used for the video? It sounds familiar, but don't know the name of it.
Golden Hour by JVKE 😊
Nice video. I'm nearing my end. Lots of mixed emotions. But anxious for a new beginning.
I noticed the Texas flag. I understand why you had to leave. I’m sorry. You look like you would be a good teacher. Our loss 😢
you’ll do well.
Taught for 5 years. Quit 4 years ago. Best decision I ever made. No regrets ❤
Same!! Never been happier since quitting
@@byBriannaStone ❤️ I totally agree!
It’s really not worth it from a money situation.
Left the classroom for a tech career and it was 100% the move. The only thing I miss is a few colleagues and the students.
I wonder what you switched to? Congratulations, but I’m interested in transitioning ideas.
I do social media marketing now
Hi, I am very happy for you that you were able to finally quit the teaching job you don't like. I am also in the same boat. 😐 Also, curious what you are do doing now and how's your experience. Pls let me know. I also want to quit my teaching job but I get very lazy in the holidays and don't want to live all the days like that. 🙏🙏
Hi! May I ask where you’re planning on going with your career now? Thank you for sharing this video!
Hi I just posted a video about this. I’ve been working in social media for the last year
I can’t wait
😢😢😢
Good for you being good to yourself! Are you in Georgia? My sons' high school had that logo! They graduated in 2018 and 2020.
Thank you! And no I’m in Texas
I've taught in TX. It has to be one of the worst places ever a teacher can teach!!!
Choose yourself first - I kno that’s roighttt
I quit and have never been happier ☺️☺️☺️
All of 4? I'm barely making it in my second year.
Parent better stop sending these kids to school for raising, these teachers are over educating and raising y’all kids❤
I quit after 5 months
About half new teachers quit in the first five years
