    Muboora/ Pumpkin leaves are common during the rainy season. The new, fresh leaves are picked and expertly prepared before cooking. It is usually enjoyed as a vegetable with a relish of your choice and a starch (usually sadza/ pap/ nshima). it is highly nutritious and can be prepared with salted peanut butter.       Please make sure you pluck the newer leaves. They are always tender. I would recommend you pluck up to the fourth leaf

      If u dint have bicarbonate of soda use half a teaspoon of upfu (mealimeal

      Upfu ( meali meal) also helps in softening and breaking the muboora down and also as a soup thickner

    After washing and cleaning let it drain. Then use fresh cream not water to cook.
