    I am a new gardener and have tons of squash leaves but few fruit. I was told NOT to eat the leaves, so I was thrilled to see your recipe, which looks terrific. I plan to harvest leaves and flowers (found recipes for them too) in the morning and make some veggie-friendly dishes. Thanks SO much for posting this!

    Nice! It's amazing to me how our Zambian cooking is all about the tomato, onion and salt, nothing else. Simple and always delicious.

    We actually don’t use oil, but add local salt(ex baking sofa) to it. Will try your way.

    My advice is to cook onions and tomatoes separately first, then mix when well cooked. Also royco soup is great.

    Make sure you don't keep any food in a sink, as that area there are millions of germs as well as bacterias. Even if you wash alla the time or you washed prior to the preparation of your food, as the drainage hole goes direct to the sewage. Even the smell of the area is disgusting
