I love that there's no pretentiousness with these two, just a couple trying new stuff and having fun, but still very knowledgeable and articulate about food. Instantly subscribed
Thanks!! Really appreciate the support!
I suspect the reason why the chicken is sooo tender is because they brine it. I do it before I cook or BBQ and it takes chicken to another level.
You’re probably right! It had the perfect amount of saltiness too which could definitely come from that brine
Saw a behind the scenes video. You are correct. They brine the chicken for 24 hours before cooking.
That looked delicious! I'm even more excited to eat there now. Plus, it's also nice to hear that they have affordable wine as well.
Can't wait to see your review! We love watching your videos!
Thanks & keep up the great team work.
Wow thanks so much! Really appreciate you supporting our eating out addiction!
Wait you can give money? 😱
Dang, I'm going to Publix and get me some chicken tenders & their secret Ranch dipping sauce. I'll set the ambiance with the earphone headset on the large screen TV.
Coke Zero will be my fizzy over ice plus an incredible deep satisfaction of saving gobs of money.
Good video guys as always...
Cheers from sunny Florida.
That sounds like a great night! A salty McNugget with ranch would honestly be pretty similar to those caviar ones haha also what secret ranch from Publix!? Cheers from a gloomy NYC!
new subscriber, love the quality and care of your videos!
Thanks! Happy to have you along!
Cavier and chicken nugget is that even a tasty combination? $16 for a single chicken nugget seems exteme even for nyc ...
It was actually really tasty but it’s definitely not worth the price. We liked the regular chicken more anyway. It’s a fun thing to try but you’re not missing anything by skipping it
I wish they would open one of these where I live
great video but how did you get a reservation for 2? i thought 2 was only first come first serve at the start of the day or end of the night.
I’m not sure! I made a Resy notification for two people at any time and eventually got one the day of
beautiful content - what type of camera do you use?
Thanks! We have the Sony a7 iv
Love this! We just tried the $28 nuggets and can confirm, fun but not worth it
Thanks! Yeah especially when the rest of the menu is actually a pretty good deal!
Any overpriced food is not worth it. You are not really paying for the food itself but for the experience and be at the place where people likes to see and be seen. 😮
Exactly! That’s what we were trying to say in the video. They’re meant as a celebratory fun way to start the meal. The value is in the novelty and experience
How much was the entire bill? If I may ask
Ours came to $170 after tax and tip!
You guys are... ADORBS !!! Chh.
Haha thanks!!
8:13 there's still meat left on the chicken and ya tossed it out... LMAO
LOL I was wondering if someone would notice that! I told her to throw it out like mid bite to get the shot. Don't worry, we didn't let any go to waste!
it is only american cant eat things with Gluten ? or is a white thing? 🤔..other countries don't have issues with Gluten. Still cant figure it out
The trouble with these restaurants they get hyped up but then soon drop off due to price and the quality is not all that
The loud music puts me off straight away...
Fried chicken and wine or champagne do not pair well. I dont care how expensive it is. It’s a terrible concept 2:54
fried chicken and champagne go great together, but what they ordered was not champagne. Also, I'm not sure if the appetizer ordered was caviar, but generic fish roe since caviar is only from sturgeons.
Please stop talking about money. Don’t do fine dining if it hurts. Not charming& a magnet for stupid mean comments of ppl who have no love for food
This is a hot take, I like to know prices so I can calculate how long it would take for me to save and treat myself to amazing food, and that adds to my enjoyment and sense of satisfaction - I have no problem with people being able to drop hundreds or thousands of dollars for a culinary experience but it is always good to know if the goods and services a restaurant provides is worth the asking price.
