If it's season 1 Tsunoda is very error prone but that might change with time as he develops. If you're moving up the grid, it might be worth investing in a driver who's more consistent.
Maybe it's to do with driver demands? Even if they're all 99 rated, some may want more money or limit themselves to only accepting the top teams.

I don't understand why you would do this on a database that makes all F1 drivers identical?
Normally the game chooses drivers in order of overall rating. Taking that away means it can be more random.

In my wiliaims carrer node yuku ha used 3 gearboxes in 4 races and hes crashed in all if them idk if i shoukd keep him
