    - Wow!
    - School is in session. Never thought about vegetable selection, going forward I will.
    - Like you I am a skirt steak guy for fajitas unless I can find "flap meat (NAMP 1185A)
    - You sir have quickly become my favorite UA-cam channel with your down to earth delivery. Keep it up.

      I will stick with skirt steak. The flank steak was fine, but it took longer to cook and wasn't as tender and flavorful. That said, skirt can be hit or miss in my area unless I go to Whole Foods.

      Thank you! For this cool I used Meat Church Fajita seasoning and it turned out really well. I also highly recommend Hardcore Carnivore MeatChelada, which is what I normally use but I ran out.
