Memphis in May Award Winning Wings Smoked on the Weber Kettle

Today I am smoking chicken wings on my Weber Kettle Grill using the recipe that won Memphis in May in 2022. Mikey goes into how he makes it and I basically turned it into "a lot of this, some of that, and a little of that."
Experiment to your taste, but this is a great change up from the normal buffalo wing flow.

The BBQ rub by Killer Hogs
Cayenne pepper
Marshall’s Mustard Carolina Gold Sauce
Franks Wing Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Hot sauce
Butter
