Try using a natural cleansing oil instead of the Garnier micellar water. I found that stuff broke my skin barrier when removing makeup and oil and caused me to break out every time I used it.
@@carleegifford to get rid of them you have to do things that cause the top layer to regenerate such as micro needling, peels, lasers, etc. finding which of those is best for you is the hard part 😭
