the only headaches I get with caffeine is when I dont drink my coffee the same hour as yesterday so if I delay my caffeine intake for 90 minutes as the video says I basically have to sacrifice one day full of headaches to not get the caffeine crash😂
My employer allows for naps. We all take 45 minutes and we have all found we are a little happier working together. No crash allowed. Chit you not.

So true, I usually don’t take / drink caffeine before 60-90 minutes after I woke up-1-2 hours after breaking my fast
you wont crash around 2-3 in the afternoon.. instead youll crash at 3:30-5:00 in the afternoon because you drank the coffee 90 minutes later

@@dawsonkeigley2097it ain’t an adhd thing, it just means that you are in general just very tired and lack nutrients, there is no study suggesting adhd makes you tried from taking caffeine, you are also most likely experiencing resistance to caffeine caused by consuming a lot of it meaning you will need a lot more to feel the effects anymore

@@kirtsuna269there is maaany studies showing that caffeine and even amphetamines or stimulants have an opposite effect on people with ADHD. It's the reason why amphetamines are prescribed to people with ADHD as it keeps their mind and body far calmer, whereas someone without ADHD would be climbing the walls 😂
So wake up 90 minutes later than your usual wake up time. Got it.

@@Ehhhlmaobro what? you have no proof they have undiagnosed adhd, like I tell alot of people I have adhd, but never even mention that it’s diagnosed, got it diagnosed 3 years ago at 15, and yes I get no energy from energy drinks or caffeine, recently had a seizure from too many energy drinks + orthostatic hypotension, didn’t realize I had drank so many in a couple of days, drank them due to taste.

Well, no. He answered and added the bonus tip. The question was whether caffeine tricks your brain into not being tired and that is what he said is true (it just blocks the receptor that the "makes you tired" chemical would normally bind to). It isn't a highschool test, the answer doesn't have to be that straightforward.

I prefer using Guarana tablets throughout the day for steadier smoother longer energy and focus and then 1000mg of Korean Ginseng tablets mid afternoon to replenish my adrenal glands making me as fresh and breezy as I was was in the morning without any crashes or jitteriness I’d get from using regular caffeine .
Regardless of consuming caffeine, you’re going to have fatigue you’re making your body work more than it needs to for a certain amount of time how much you’ve ingested there’s no escaping fatigue, especially when you’re putting in your body
I only drink coffe in the morning, and then the redt of the day is ok and i dont feel tired
I have a black coffee before bed and sleep like a baby.
My trick is, I don’t get a specific amount of sleep every night because thats hard to control, I just take naps as needed. I never feel sleepy, I might feel tired from physical atrophy because I like to go on walks, but I never feel sleepy during the day.
If you're going to take a 30 minute nap = drink a cup of coffee before the nap = the coffee takes about 30 minutes to kick in so when you wake up you'll feel great
Well I'm down to 3 cups a day and never really crash but also never add sugar which will create a bigger crash 👍

So technically if you have a coffee first thing in the morning and then another coffee around 2pm, you'll crash at night time right when you're about to goto bed...? And then get a good nights sleep?
