Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

I was stationed at Keesler AFB for two years back in the mid 80s and still visit there at least once a year. I would say that for the reasons you listed actually make it a great place to live. Small town atmosphere, but still with everything you need. Very nice citizens and very humble. Very affordable as coastal cities go. I hope it never changes. Major hurricanes is a downer though.
I would agree! I was a military child and spent most of my life in Florida. I absolutely love raising my family in Biloxi. We struggled to find any reasons not to come here. I am always open to buying a vet a drink. Follow the channel and let me know when you are in town. Thank you for your service!
@@emanuelfenech I actually just got back from Biloxi. I spent all last week there. Cajun RV Park. Right off Beach Blvd. It's where my wife of 44 years and I always stayed. I lost her this past July. There's nothing wrong with living in Biloxi Mississippi. I live in Biloxi. There is plenty to do here on the Gulf coast. It's only about and hour an 45 min to New Orleans and about 45 min to Mobile Alabama. Our towns are close together. It's growing here everyday.
Hey, I’m from Nashville. They think everyone should move there. Guess what? Now everyone is beginning to hate it. When areas get oversaturated with people especially outsiders, that’s when the real Hell starts.
I agree 100%. I live and work here in Biloxi and absolutely love it. There are a few quirks as there are everywhere, but the people here are awesome and the fun never stops if you like the outdoors.
@@boogitybear2283 Nashville is a beautiful city. I was just out there in March and had a great time. Our first time we stayed at the Demonbruen Mansion and that was also wonderful! Before the casinos.. Biloxi was a ghost town in the wintertime, other than a small fish and oyster canning plants... In the summer tourist beach and fishing .. A few night clubs were popular year round 24 hour.
I absolutely love it here. Moved here in 2008 and started a family in 2018. We travel a good bit and nothing is quite like home. These reasons could determine some, but for me, it is my why.
I think i like this whole region of southern mississippi. I don't really like gambling, but it is reaching every state even Kentucky now (has been with horses for centuries anyways). The Mississippi coast is really the dark horse of the region, such great value in my opinion. I don't really care about having a high paying job if I can reasonably save up and buy a nice house with cash, and bike to the beach. Waveland/ Bay St. Louis seems really nice to me personally
At of the reasons that you listed, that first point is probably the strongest. Biloxi, like so many other cities of that size, doesn't really have much in the way of a corporate atmosphere. Fortunately, post-pandemic, we are seeing so many of those white-collar corporate jobs going remote so that might not be as much of a show-stopper anymore.
We actually love Biloxi and had a hard time putting this list together. Biloxi is one of the greatest communities I have been a part of and we moved a lot as a military family. I am proud to raise my kids in Indian Nation!
@@emanuelfenech - Yessir! We just got back from our vacation to there and said that we wouldn’t mind moving back at all! Just a few years until retirement…

I appreciate you sharing the video. However, What I am hearing is there is a tremendous amount of development opportunities for business owners and investors, not, why folks should not move there. Ha! Catch-22.
I love it here and personally don't feel like any of these are a reason to stay away. We struggled to find reasons not to come and ultimately settled on this list. I would rate this minor compared to many other locations in the US
So do we! Unfortunately as agents here on the coast, we point out the good and the bad. I wont ever leave, but truly feel it is not for everyone and that is ok. I am glad you love it here too!
DUH!?!!😮 Dude, to compare small town Biloxi to Tampa is ridiculous. There are dozens to small market hick towns in FL, Biloxi far better than. Compare Tampa to Philly, DFW, LA, NOLA , ATL, NYC, or Chitown next time. SMH
I thought this was a joke at first but not so. Hey Biloxi is no Tampa! It is a small community with its own charm. Of course it cannot support major sports. A Publix? Come on man. My advice is to move back to Tampa. Biloxi and you would be better off.
No desires to go back to the city. We love it hear and none of these are factors for me to be depressed. Rouses is equivalent to Publix and I don't have time for sports. This video is for people who are thinking of coming here and these may be necessities.
If these reasons are enough to keep you away then, yes. However, I had to dig pretty hard for these and none of them keeps me from loving raising my family here. I enjoy the slower pace outside major cities.
I lived in Biloxi 1977-1982 statiomed at Keesler..It was really bizarre, it shut down in the winter, boats from Camille were everywhere, Great fishing and kinda kicked back..there was a definite separation from the black side..main street and the other side. KKK people would hand out flyers at intersections dressed all up in their whir garb and hoods It was very interesting..I kinda like the place, cops were cool and it had a touch of deliverence..OH the stories I could tell..the things I saw and people I met were truly fascinating.
The water color is due to the barrier islands. After reaching Ship Island, the water turns blue. It's not dirty. Stop being ridiculous. If that's what keeps people away, fine by me. I'd rather have less people than overcrowding. So...yeah maybe you are right. Stay away folks! Tourists welcome, but only visit please.
