    Amazing job Yena! You have come so far. I was in the Academy with you and followed your journey. Happy to see you doing so well. I am in the same timeframe as you. I was in the Academy for 7 months and am also doing so much better. Some symptoms still linger but as you said, it's just a matter of time. I am living a full life again and excited for the future. This program is worth every penny. Wishing you all the best Yena!

    Because my symptoms really are different from everyone. I have more of a subliminal, more of a thinking, anticipatory anxiety. And when I am closing my eyes and trying to relax I get these thoughts and feelings that I am going crazy, and I cannot rest.

    • @imjustkeet
      @imjustkeet 4 місяці тому +5

      I had the same thought that i'll be going crazy and i wanted to burst into crying but i cant, or else it will become worst. I've watched multiple anxiety videos at multiple times and really is struggling about the real meaning of ACCEPTANCE, Acceptance means that you let your symptoms be there, do not try to resist it instead feel it, accept it like "ok, i'll let you be there and feel you" it's just anxiety with FEAR. I promise you nothing worst will come, the worst already came and it's what you feel right now. It's all just FEAR. Go outside feel the heat of the sun, hang out with your friends, do what you love. Let your anxiety be there and sooner you'll notice that it's gone. Mine started last December 21, 2024 and it only lasted by January 13, 2024. Hope this helps you even a little. YOU CAN DO THIS! STOP FEARING

      @@imjustkeet my Symptoms are both physical and mental
      Physical symptoms insulted severe head ache, sometimes on the front, sometimes on the back of my head, tightness in head and also I had pressure at back of my eyes now I do not face it
      Now I only feel headaches on the top back my head
      Emotionally
      I feel fear when I think about my future, due to anxiety I could not focus on my studies and now that exams are nearing I fearful of my future on how will it be
      I also feel disconnected from the world like what is a country, how country run, these questions are very irritating for me as they were not there before
      When I give my opinion on something I feel fear that I might be wrong but when other say it too then I believe it thus this lack of believe due to fear is also there.
      I feel sad most of the time due to these thoughts Infront of my friends, I laugh and throw jokes but deep down I am broken and when I am alone all of it comes out.

      @@mellisalaisa180 Yes, at first i was really really struggling with my symptoms, i felt hopeless and i wanted to burst crying. Not until i found those helpful videos including Shaann"s and Dr. Claire weeke's book. I learned the ACCEPTANCE and it is really the key to recovery. Do not fear what you feel right now and do what you love. Cause fear feeds your anxiety, nothing worst will come to you, its all just fear of what you think.
