  • Ankle weights are a great way to add a bit of resistance to your legs workout. I am using 1 kg ankle weights in this video. The exercises are simple and target your lower body. Safe and doable for both beginners as well as pregnant women.
    Three rounds of this workout will take you around 10 minutes with rest and breaks but you will find them very effective.
